I just don't remember being this tired this early with DS. I'm only 5w2d, I shouldn't be almost falling asleep at my desk already. I'm loving the cooler temps. I'm making sausage and vegetable soup with jalapeno cheddar cornbread for dinner. I didn't prep last night, so it's going to be later than I'd like. But it will be worth it. Yum, that sounds amazing!

Don't forget your diclegis tonight budders . Fx you feel better tomorrow. Thanks, I already took it! I was tired very early on, until about 10 weeks. A toddler definitely wears you out a lot faster, much less time for resting and napping!

Besides being tired, my stomach/pelvic area seems to be tightening/pulling I am not sure if it is pressure or bloating or mild cramps.
I have my first OB appointment on Wednesday. I am anxious for it. I almost WANT more symptoms just to be relieved that everything is going right.

fancynewbeesly I've had similar feelings the past few days. Lots of is that gas or my ute? I hope you have a great appointment on Wednesday.

My work pants are starting to get tight so I'm starting to look for maternity pants. Last time, I had a much more casual work environment and could wear jeans. Not this time. I think I'm going to pull the trigger on some Old Navy clearance ones.

ajm I see people talk about Old Navy maternity here a bit. Is it a good fit or super affordable or something? Seems popular. Maybe I should see if they ship outside the US/North America. I feel like I’ll need some basics to replace a few things I wore to death last time.

They have an extra 30% off on clearance stuff online today. It makes the pants I am looking at $12.

I was not a big fan of my ON maternity pants last time. My tops and other stuff I liked from there though. I much preferred Motherhood Maternity pants.

I feel like I’ll need some basics to replace a few things I wore to death last time. It’s reasonably priced vs other maternity stores, and the quality has been good enough for what I’ve paid. I got a pair of jeans and 4 T-shirts during a sale two weeks ago for $50. In contrast, my mom took me to Macy’s on Sunday and we got 4 Motherhood shirts for $110 (after a buy 3 get 1 sale).

armpants the exhaustion hit me super early this time, too. I finally got DS1 to a playdate today so I could talk to another adult. That was nice.

I'm with robot in not liking the for of old navy pants. The work pants i got last time were epithet from Target, although I think they've changed lines, and I got Motherhood on sale through Kohl's. I had lent clothes to two people and the pants still look great when I got them back a few weeks ago.

Speaking of Target, I HATE what they’re doing with their stores. That used to be my go to for clothes, but now that they switched all of the brands most of the clothes are not my style anymore.

I’m exhausted this morning but feel much better. I wish I didn’t have to save all of my sick time, I would love to take the last few periods off and come home and nap this afternoon.

I took a sick day for the first time yesterday when the vomiting wasn't letting up after 6 hours straight. Not even Zofran worked. No vomiting today, but I just want to stay home and do nothing.

I like Old Navy's maternity jeans, but not a big fan of their shirts. I got a lot of good stuff from Target last time, but of course with the clothing line changes...

I got a pair of ON work pants last time and they were fine for a while but as my bump got bigger they really dug in to my skin where the fabric met the panel. I wasn't a huge fan. I loved my Target work maternity pants but again, clothing line changes...

I got some black ponte maternity pants from Target and they are amazing. I will probably order another pair or two to keep in rotation. It's like basically wearing sweatpants

I've yet to find a pair of maternity pants I like. I don't like full panel for more than a few minutes. They make me feel... claustrophobic? anxious? I basically make my regular pants work with use of a ponytail holder. And wear a lot of leggings & yoga pants. Perks of being a SAHM. My go to outfit for most days is leggings/yoga pants, tank or tee, and a cardigan.

I had a dream I went for an ultrasound and they told me I wasn't pregnant, it was just poop.

So cafeteria duty and early pregnancy don't mix. Ugh. I literally felt nauseous smelling the cafeteria food.

I just emailed my tentative maternity leave dates and plan to my boss. If all goes as I outlined...only 199 more days of work. At least it's under the 200 mark?

I just bought a couple pairs of maternity pants and shirts from Motherhood this weekend since we were at the indoor toddler play place in the mall right outside the store trying to escape the smoke.
They had a buy 3 shirts get one free and buy 1 bottoms, get 1 50% off. So far I enjoy the leggings and pants I bought immensely. Also happy with the one shirt I've worn. I mostly bought long sleeve since I only had summery maternity clothes from last pregnancy. And it's still 85 degrees here right now.

I loved all my Target maternity stuff last time. The new stuff looks super cute but I'll need to try on to make sure I like it.

All my maternity clothes were hand me downs from my aunt who was pregnant 9 months before me (except for a few pieces I purchased myself). I've been wearing my maternity pants from day one since the bloat this time is no joke. I'll probably end up buying a few pairs of shorts this time since I had a winter baby last time.

Well this is just great...one of my coworkers who I work closely with just informed the office that she has the flu. (what makes this even worse is that she was in the office yesterday and today with pink eye). Seriously, why do people come into work if they are that sick.

Low key day at home for me. My maternity clothes from last time have been with a friend for a while.. her daughter is close to 18 months now haha. I'll get them back as soon as we're telling people I'm pregnant, which is hopefully within the next couple weeks. I finally found jeans I like and bought three pair three weeks before I found out I was pregnant. The bloat is real & I'm already doing the ponytail holder trick with them. Ugh.

kookie3631 I can't stand when people do that crap. I have straight up stayed Lysol and used Clorox wipes obviously at my desk area at my last job when co-workers did that. Keep your germs at home!
