I was so tired after a third weekend away in a row and I have a rental inspection tomorrow so I took today off work ‘sick’. I got the house cleaned and a sleep! I feel soooo much better.
Meanwhile, I had seriously painful cramps on Saturday night. No spotting but still, it was weird. And I haven’t had any nausea since then so now I’m worried but trying not to overreact - can’t wait for my scan on 25 Oct so I can get some reassurance.
Seriously second time around is no less stressful. I expected to be more laid back.

I forgot to take my diclegis last night. I realized I was having a harder time falling asleep and felt more sick when I woke up during the night. It was much easier to get up this morning though.
I’ve been taking it religiously for almost 4 weeks, so no idea how I’m going to feel today, but glad to have my Zofran just in case. I hope my students are mellow today.

O tried to wake up at 4:25 today. Yeah, not happening. I told him over the monitor it was still time to sleep around 4:45 and he passed back out around 5:25. He's still asleep and I have to get up for work. Not fair, little man. It's finally supposed to feel like fall today and I'm excited. Good luck with Diclegis budders. I've been taking Zofran religiously and know what happens if I skip one, I hope your results are better than mine.

I remember cramping with DD too, so I've been through this before, but it still has me all anxious. The first tri is so hard! And my scan isn't until November 16

Long work day for me. I called for my script for bloodwork. I hope to get that taken care of first thing tomorrow AM so I can call my OB to schedule my first appointment.

I so didn't want to get up this morning. Neither did DD. She kept saying she was going back to sleep, which made us run late.
And now I've been nauseas all morning unless I'm eating something constantly. So crackers it is. Hopefully that doesn't give me away to my coworkers.

I'm with you on the constant nausea ajm. Today is my late shift at work, so I'm here 12-8:30. I also had a hard time getting out of bed and snuggled in until almost 9. But, I was up from 3-4:30. Thanks insomnia!

At this point, I'd welcome my kid wanting to sleep in. Lol. It has to be better than the 5:30 wake-ups at a full 11, right?

I was supposed to have a mellow morning once L was off to school, but I headed to urgent care instead. TMI, but I have a boil on my butt, like right where my butt cheek meets my thigh, and it finally had a head. I was hoping they'd lance it, but the doctor there decided that it would be better to prescribe an antibiotic now and then have me do 3-4 hot compresses and an epsom salt bath a day in hopes that it will drain itself. He said something like attempting to lance it now would be similar to sticking a syringe in a sponge. Maybe we'd get a little out, but it'd mostly just irritate it & make me more uncomfortable. So, now I'm on an antibiotic 4 times a day for the next 10 days, on top of attempting to keep my vitamins & food down, so that's fun.

I have to work until 11:30 tonight. I legit haven't been able to stay awake past 9:30 for the past 2 weeks. This might be rough... I almost hope it's busy just to keep me awake.

It's better than early wake ups, but a PITA when you are trying to get out the door. I'm not a morning person myself so I definitely could almost use the early wake up. DD has always been a good sleeper though so I'm convinced this one will hate sleep.

I switched to maternity pants today. It will probably be the best decision I make all day. Setting the bar low for this Monday.

tinyjoys ugh that sounds miserable. My daughter has gotten something like that and it has always ended up being MRSA which is a staph infection. I guess if they didn't lance it they probably didn't do a culture to test for that? I hope the antibiotics they gave you clear it up fast!

lovealwaysalison, nope, no culture for testing. He said that lancing it wouldn't do much at this point, since the infection/pus is still fairly buried.

We are pushing a month without my H, and I am damn exhausted. My allergies are so bad and I've been working 9-10 hour days, then going home to deal with a 3 year old. I just want to hide and sleep for a day.
My mom will be here this weekend, so I'm hopeful for a little relief.

Today is the sickest I've been yet. I almost had to pull over a few times on the drive home, and haven't been able to get off of the couch since I got home. Glad I made it through the school day before it got this bad, but wishing it would go away now. The Zofran isn't touching it.
My toddler is playing totally independently though and is being so good, so I'm grateful for that.

I just don't remember being this tired this early with DS. I'm only 5w2d, I shouldn't be almost falling asleep at my desk already.
I'm loving the cooler temps. I'm making sausage and vegetable soup with jalapeno cheddar cornbread for dinner. I didn't prep last night, so it's going to be later than I'd like. But it will be worth it.
