We always do the following for gifts at Christmas.
1 want 1 need 1 wear 1 read 1 educational
I’m struggling with the want, which will be a toy more than likely. We’ll also have Santa. I know it’s early but I’m trying to bug in chunks.
What kinda things are you planning on for your A15?
I might even get a membership to an indoor playground as a want gift for E. Especially since Santa will bring toys.

Henry is the one I'm struggling with this year, I'll be following this thread So far all I know is a big bucket of Duplos, a large Tonka bulldozer, and I'm giving each kid a classic book collection. The Madeline series for DD, Beatrix Potter collection for Sam, and still need to figure out for H.

J is getting the illustrated Harry Potter and the Sorcerers Stone, probably the movie Moana and then something small. We are going to move him into a new room before baby comes so we have to buy a new twin bed and mattress and decor.

M is getting a balance tricycle, work bench, a lot of little people sets I got so cheap, stuffed Elmo, cookie monster, and big Bird, a bunch of books, and then some random small things. MIL is hopefully getting him a sesame street comforter because we're going to transition him to a toddler bed at the beginning of the year. jedi it's not too early at all to think about this. I've already finished most of my shopping for M, and got a good bit done for other people already.

I have no idea what I am doing for either kid. I might see if Monkey Joe's (inflatables) or Sky Zone (trampoline park) does memberships. If Monkey Joe's does, I think I will get one for both kids. If Sky Zone does, than I will get one for C (he goes with the neighbor and my stepdad sometimes). Not quite ready for K to spend that much time on the trampoline.
New books for both. New pajamas. New movie.
As for toys, I am not sure what to get either of them. Maybe games for C because he is gaining a lot of interest in them. Going to try and keepyself from going overboard this year.

N will also get the illustrated HP3. We've gotten him one a year. Probably some learning toy. Also, we are 90% adopting a greyhound over my Christmas break so that'll be part of it too lol

A Disney show is going to be at Playhouse Square in January so I may ask my parents if they will buy tickets for J for Christmas. I know they would rather buy him things but he doesn't need anything more and would really love the show I think.

I want to totally avoid this thread and the fact that Christmas is coming! Lol! M really doesn't need anything! So I will probably keep it simple. I am thinking about getting him a teepee tent for his new room. And no clue what for DS1, maybe career counseling (kidding...sort of..lol). layloo what is this greyhound adopting you are talking about? I'm curious.

oooh! I am really really really hoping to score a Nintendo switch for DS for Christmas on black Friday. We have gone so many christmas' with very minimal gift and I think this is the year I will splurge! (Also confession: I REALLY WANT THAT DAMN SWITCH + zelda..)
We are also doing a re-gifting in my extended family which I love the idea of!! We drew names and we have to regift something to someone - no one is allowed to buy anything. So that frees up a bunch of my budget. Also my mom got my name and I have my eye on her slowcooker hahahah.
DD is hard. I am really not sure what to get her. She mostly just plays with her little castle so we could get more people for it, but I'm not sure! Maybe a kids tablet for her?

I love the idea of a re-gifting gift draw, CestLaVie! That's such a great idea!

I have not thought about holiday gifts at all yet! I'd like to fix up P's room, so maybe any gifts will be related to that. Plus books.

I've bought for A's stocking, and I know what I'm getting for H.
I just realized I need to buckle down and start focusing on my list since I probably won't be up for much the closer it gets to Christmas. My goal is to finish my shopping by next month.

Christmas is definitely going to be interesting/low key around here since I will be 38 weeks. I'm thinking of getting DH (and me) a wine fridge. I'm not worried about DS. I'm sure I will see things to get him. Ideas so far are a backpack and light up police shoes (I got some for him at a consignment sale and he likes them but they are a bit small) Duplos, play doh and accessories

I have no idea when I’m getting the kids. Usually I start planning during the summer for what they might need/want. The problem is they don’t need anything, and they have more toys than they need.
I may stick to practical and get clothes - they are growing like weeds - and outdoor gear. I guess they do need new sleds but they will likely need them before Christmas.
Tl;dr I have no idea.

I have bought stocking stuffers and random things. my latest and greatest find - a mermaid tail blanket. i might have mentioned i was trying to score this bad boy earlier and didn't. it came back yesterday though and i was able to purchase one! (also, I am probably more excited about it than A will be, but that's ok)

So far, I have bought the kids their PJs for Christmas Eve. I said I wasn't going to do this to myself again this year.
DS asked for a dinosaur blanket so I might buy the fabric and make a no sew one.
