I also have a baby barnacle. It's so exhausting. I try to sneak out of the room to go to the bathroom, and she's like lolno, and two seconds later I hear her coming down the hallway so she can reattach herself to me. Exactly this... he beats on the door, mama? mama? MMMMMAAAAAAMMMMMMAAA?????? |

Good morning! I'm back at work after a week long out of state conference and the long weekend. I'm dreading it because it's a busy ass court day too. And I had to drop DD off at her dad's house this morning after only getting 4 days with her, so that was really tough for me.
Oh and, LAX sucks and cancelled the last leg of my flight home the other day and I had to buy a new one way ticket home, so I'm gonna have to fight with my job to reimburse me for that. So yeah, all around shitty day ahead!

Thanks! I researched for over a year before I chose this artist and I'm really glad I did. He designed it and is doing a great job. veganontuesdays, the shirt is from a Stitch Fix box I got 2 years ago or something. Daniel Rainn, maybe? |

Thanks swellist. Luckily work is pretty easy today (this whole week actually). Kids are done and have a bunch of 8th grade events this week so we are hanging out and watching movies. windwithfingers, love it! |

I literally checked the soles of my baby's feet for wounds because she had such a severe reaction to being put down on the floor yesterday.
Her feet are FINE.

I also realized that if I get this job, I need to do a little shopping since I can wear jeans with nice shirts. The jeans I have covered, nice shirts however...not so much.

I literally checked the soles of my baby's feet for wounds because she had such a severe reaction to being put down on the floor yesterday. Her feet are FINE. Has she done the thing where as you are trying to put her down, she wraps her legs around your hips? I swear I need the jaws of life to pry J off of me when he thinks that he's being put down. Thank goodness E is so chill, because I never get to really hold her. |

Dh was suppose to have yesterday and today off but had to go in and cover someone. I'm pretty bummed because we were going to set up my tattoo appt and get some sketches done today. I've been wanting to do this for 2 years and finally set a date so I had psyched myself up for it. On the other hand both kiddos say they don't feel well so maybe it's good we don't go.

All the coffee is necessary today.
DS fell asleep on the way to preschool today, complete with mouth open snoring. Totally jealous. I also have been all over the place emotionally since last night, after finding out someone in my FB isoimmunization group lost their DD at almost the exact same gestation, almost the exact same way, and they weighed almost exactly the same as my lost DD.
So I'm also wishing the coffee had Kahlua or Bailey's this morning. Maybe whiskey. Maybe all of it?

Ee I have set A for 6 years now and they still look great. They also make the plates in colors and Christmas prints, so it's great if you want to swap some out to dress up your table for a dinner party or the holidays.

+1 to a barnacle baby. I hit her in the face with a door because I didn't realize she was behind me the other day. Mother of the year
At work, where it is silent. I have a few meetings today, and of course it's day one of the diet so I'm STARVING at 11:30am. Of Course.
But the pool is now open, so I have somewhere to wear the kids out everyday. Best.
