I am thinking I may have to get D a bouncer chair. She wants to sit up more and look around which gets too much for my arm muscles after a while lol. The famous rock n plays and similar arent for sale here. I saw some chicco bouncers - any of you familiar with those? I am thinking a simple one will suffice, like the blue or black one. The other one looks nice too butcosts double the price of the others and i have no clue what the real difference would be. I don't want to spent a ton of money tbh. What are the important things to keep in mind when buying something like this?

We have the Fisher Price Snugapuppy bouncer. It was handed down to us from a former coworker of mine when I had DS. It has settings to vibrate and play music which is nice. Honestly though, I don’t use it that often. DS wasn’t a fan of it. P seems to like it but most of the time I find myself using the RnP instead since it’s easier to move into other rooms.

We have one. DS didn't care for it until he was older. I've put E in it a couple times but she doesn't care for it much either. Ours vibrates and has a toy bar to look at.

We have the snugapuppy. R doesn’t love it, but it was T’s go to baby holder. T always wanted to sit upright. It’s all a gamble on what a baby will like. I’d just look at ages and head control requirements. This was T’s favorite thing and I think we are getting close to when R can use the frog: m.toysrus.com/product?productId=30600066

We have a fisher price bouncer chair but neither of the twins like it. They both prefer a swing, although they aren't huge fans yet. I would recommend getting something fairly inexpensive since she may not like it. The twins and DS1 all like chairs that have some sort of mobile so they can stare at it and try to grab at it.

I have a bouncer chair (I think I texted you a pic a few days ago muscari) and M loves it. I think it is by Graco, it came with her pack and play but I've never actually used it in the pnp. I just set it up in whatever room I'm in. It is pretty similar to the third one you posted. She will stay in there and quietly look around and entertain herself for a good amount of time and also naps in there a lot. All babies are different in their preferences but I would recommend it based on my experience.

Yeah my first didn't take to it and I had borrowed one so I won't be buying one. She really likes the swing so I will stick with that until she can sit up better in something like bsouls posted

It's hit or miss.

We have the snugapuppy, a swing and the momaroo. He loves the swing and momaroo. I wish I would have had the momaroo for my first.
The snugapuppy is hit or miss.

Oh gosh, I'm sorry for the huge pics! I forgot tapa always makes them so big.. I didn't notice until just now on the laptop browser. Thanks for your input I looked up the snuggapuppy and while fisher price toys are easily found here it seems none of their other baby stuff is marketed here. Not the RnP, PnP nor the snuggapuppy. I can order it through amazon.de but that usually comes with ridiculous prices for these kind of things. I checked for a RnP and one that would normally cost like 70 on amazon.com sell for 250 on amazon.de. Yeah.. no. Ordering through .com and coughing up the shipping and custom tax and duty would be cheaper (but still crazy, so no). I don't know whether your car seats have this as well but the maxi cosi cabriofix carseat we have can also be used as a sort of rocker if you put it on a solid surface. I put D. in there yesterday afternoon to see whether she'd like it. Seemed to be okay but like with everything only for a short while. But at least it gave me some time to get dressed and potter around a bit. Now that I am cleared to drive again I may see about visiting the Prenatal (baby gear) store and see what they got. Maybe I can even put D. in some to see whether she takes to them (though 2 minutes in them in the store obviously doesn't compare with real life lol).
