Does the president know what war with NK means? Why does it sound like he's itching to go to war?

Jake Tapper has been trolling Trump by tweeting his "not surprised" comment about Weinstein with the names of the women who have accused him (Trump) of assault:

So the pool reporter was told not to go to the game with Pence because he 'wasnt going to stay very long'. think of all the birth control we could pay for with a quarter of a million dollars... Think of the preschool options, how it could help the homeless, water and supplies for PR...
But a publicity stunt is totes the way we should be spending the taxpayers dollars.

I finally saw watched his PR propaganda video. I'm astounded. I'm just....speechless at the gall of this administration and the complete idiots who believe them.

I just can't with the hypocrisy and idiocy of this administration. You dislike protests during the anthem so you stage a protest during the anthem? Really?

Feinstein is running again. I really think you should age out of being able to run for Senate if you're 85 when you start a new 6-year term. Regardless of party.

I don’t always agree with her but she has been a strong public servant for so long and I wish she would retire. I believe it would be an opportunity for a more progressive Dem to get elected (like Harris). I knew she would run again but as her constituent, I hoped she wouldnt. And I actually feel she is opening the door for a moderate Republican to challenge her. Ugh.

My guess is the Las Vegas shooting pushed Feinstein to her final decision. Her daughter was supposed to be at the concert and gun control is her “issue”.

This is perhaps OT, but I remain annoyed/perplexed at the media’s spin on this Weinstein stuff. I have been under the impression for years this was known about him. I am side-eyeing those who claim to be . Looking at you, Meryl.

I don't know who that is though.

I'm pretty disappointed in Harris for this honestly. But it's probably very difficult to go against such an established Democrat.

I also was like "huh" when I saw Harris endorse her. My guess is simply that's the way the Senate generally works with junior-senior Senators from the same state (save Ted Cruz). But I don't think that's a good enough reason.

Feinstein is still a powerhouse. I am willing to believe Harris endorsed her because she genuinely is happy to have her as a partner and mentor for another term.
But yeah, as her constituent, I was disappointed, too. I will still 100% support her, though.

I just hopped on, have we checked in with our Napa and Sonoma people today? The fires are really scary. My grandma is in Santa Rosa waiting to see if she will be evacuated. Our car is covered with ash all the way in southern Marin.
