I'm sure we talked about this before, but lazy to search threads. I have a PISA from last time that still works, but I can get a Spectra S2 this time and plan to order it today. What things do I also need to buy to make it work with my existing Medal bottles and accessories? I feel like I've read before that people need adapters of some sort. My plan will be to take one pump to work and keep one for home, but I'd like to still use my mass amounts of accessories for either.

Those or you can cut off the ends of your old Medela tubing. Will edit for the link to the hack.
The Spectra wife mouth bottles suck to pump into, but since you will have them, make sure they are on REALLY well, because the threads suck.

Nope. All the ones I am finding are making it complicated.
You would take the end of your tubing snip off minimum of 2” of thriving on he same side as the hard yellow piece. Work that over the fat side of the membranes, connect yellow piece as usual to Medela parts.
But it may be a good idea to keep your Medela parts and tubing in tact, Spectra isn’t known for actually overnighting pumps when thy need replaced. They can be rather difficult to deal with, but I am still getting another. FWIW
If you use either this or the pieces linked, NEVER let Spectra know you are not fully using their parts, it voids the warranty.

Following. I need to open my new Spectra. Open it. The set up for actually pumping is different. When it starts it is on expression mode, you have to hit the wavy button to get letdown mode. It can be a bit shocking the first time if you aren’t familiar.

I used these, but they got jammed in the pump and broke part of it. I liked these better.
