Samwise Gamgee: I read that Tolkien considered him the real hero of the story and I agree.
Hermione: She's badass.
Prof. McGonogall: Also badass.
Princess/General Leia: Again, bad ass.
Han Solo: He cracks me up. Plus, Harrison Ford.
Captain Piqard: Patrick Stewart. Enough said.
Neville Longbottom: I love how the character develops.
Luna Lovegood: I just love her.

Stiles Stilinski Teen Wolf. Hes kind of an asshole but if decides you are family he is loyal AF. He is also sarcastic as hell and I live for it extra gif cuz the other one wasnt working. And plus just that face!!!!!! Lydia Martin Teen Wolf She starts the series as the vapid shallow girl and becomes a badass and really embraces her true self instead of keeping with expectations Derek Hale Teen Wolf He lost his whole family and suffered more than anyone should ever have to and he still tried to protect everyone else and found a way to live Rose Tyler Doctor Who Shes just an ordinary girl and becomes extraordinary Prof McGonnagall Nobody fucks with her Commander Shepard Mass Effect yet another badass who constantly defies expectations Hermione Granger Enough said I think lol This is what I have off the top of my head. I will definitely have more.

Oh yes Darcy! Fleshed out just enough to be a viable character in fanfic too. I love her.

Oh yes Darcy! Fleshed out just enough to be a viable character in fanfic too. I love her. She's the best thing about the first 2 Thor movies. And I'm obsessed with Hiddleston, so it's tough to say that. Loki is a close second.

Ok I am probably not going to gif because it’s a pain in the ass. My list would probably look a lot like enchanted’s list. Leia - explanation not necessary McGonagall- super bad ass witch, legit hat stall because she could have been in two Hogwarts houses and has an incredible backstory on pottermore. Molly Weasley - raised good humans, mother of 7! And a great witch. She welcomed Harry like her own child despite not having any extra money to do so. Draco Malfoy- super complex character. Raises the question of nature v nurture Hermione- super smart and powerful witch Doctor Strange- I just think he is cool 🤷🏻♀️ You can add Sam and Eowyn from LOTR too. They are super well written in the books. Simple and straightforward.

If H and I didn't have a strict no specific book characters clause in our naming considerations, I would have floated it for at least a middle for DD2. As it is, she got Guinevere, so still in that nerdy territory, and still a story character, but a little farther removed from pop culture.

My DD is Genevieve. 😊 Eowyn would have been awesome though. Lol

Ahh I wanted Guinevere! But it didn't work with the last name It's her middle name so it's not as big of a deal, but the flow is good at least
