I have a gym membership, but it's across town and I never make time to go. When I do go I don't know if I'm doing what I need to be to lose any weight.
There's an orange theory within walking distance to my house and I've been thinking about trying it. Does anyone have any experience with it? Good or bad?

Doooooo it.
It kicks my ass, I'm paying by the number of classes so I always go, and I'm way more toned than I was 6 months ago. I love it. It's the best two hours spent every week.
It will be super hard at first..... and it doesn't get easier. But I'm not as sore for as long as I used to be.

I know it varies by location, but two classes a week is generally around $100 correct?

I’m planning on checking it out after BBM. I’ve been intimidated by it since I was so out of shape. I have a ton of friends that do it and they recently opened a convenient studio for me.

I really want to try it, but it's probably a bad idea at 10 weeks pregnant.

Doesn't @giantpeach have experience?

Doesn't @giantpeach have experience? I had a chronic diaper rash but that's besides the point. I enjoyed the OTF workout but it didn't do much else for me. I think it's very dependent on your health goals. I'm significantly overweight so my goal was/is to lose 35 pounds. I went hard at OTF for a month, ate right, drank water. Everything. All the factors were there and I did not lose a pound really. Sure, I was gaining muscle but that wasn't my goal. I've been doing cardio at the gym 3-4 days a week and insainity video 1-2 times a week. I don't feel like I'm working any harder than I was at OTF but I've lost 13 pounds in 2 months. I've not surprisingly made this about me. Lol. But what I'm trying to say is, give it a shot and see how you like it. You don't have anything to lose.

I’ve been on a break from it because of time and difficulty getting away from the kids to get there, but I love it. I think I pay $108 a month for 8 classes. I think it’s a great workout, I highly recommend it.
