Alright. This thread is for anyone 35+ who is currently trying to conceive. Whether it is your first, second, third or fifteenth come on in!

Are you WTO? Symptom spotting like crazy? Just looking for a place to vent? Anything is welcome!

On the old board we kept this more open. People could just sort of comment on whatever they wished here. Let me know if you like this format or if you prefer something more structured and I can certainly accommodate for next week:)

QOTW: Let's see if we can start to GTKY a bit. Where do you live? Are you happy there or is there somewhere you would rather be living?

I'm CD 18 right now...about 5 DPO? This is cycle 6 for us so I've stopped getting my hopes up. If it happens it happens and all that. We haven't talked about how long we'll try before seeking medical help but I feel like that conversation is coming. Maybe after summer.

We did OPKs and hit EOD this cycle but who knows if that was enough.

QOTW: I live in Ontario, Canada in the GTA...we're about an hour drive from Buffalo. I actually love where we live. I have no desire to live anywhere else but would like to travel more and spend extended periods of time in other places.

Jumping in this week! Got a POS OPK today so hopefully we won't miss the mark this cycle! This is TFAS cycle 3. Work is super stressful for H this week so hopefully we'll make it!

GTKY: I live in central VA - love the area! We don't live in a big city - not a fan of the hustle & bustle since I was born & raised in the D.C. area and I really appreciate the serenity & bucolic atmosphere where we currently live.

agpjt413 I hope the stressful work doesn't get in the way. That was actually the reason I'm so meh about this cycle. SO's work stuff and related stress threw off the schedule a bit. Oh well.

I agree about how nice rural areas are. I prefer being somewhere clamer than a really big city. But I'm way too chicken to live somewhere too secluded or remote. I watched too many Law & Order shows growing up I think:)

It's CD2 today, so I'm officially back in WTO territory. Onto cycle #6!

sammysam and agpjt413, I also prefer rural areas. We live in a big city and I hate the traffic and congestion and nobody knows anybody else. When DD and I lived up north we lived in a quaint suburb and it was so nice. Traffic was always smooth, all the kids in town knew each other, all the neighbors knew each other. It's just such a stark contrast to living where we do now.

agpjt413 Yep. 9 DPO. AF is due Sunday so either Sunday or Monday if AF doesn't show. Probably Sunday though...
