How far along are you? EDD? 14,3 EDD 3/30 How are you feeling physically and emotionally? Physically, I just need to be able to sleep all the time. Emotionally, I think I'm turning a corner. I felt a lot more hopeful and excited this past week, so I'm hoping that it's a continuing trend. The thread of another MMC looms just under the surface always, but I've gotten a lot of good looks at babe and as much as they hate the doppler, it's been a good exercise in patience to get relief. Any upcoming appointments or milestones? Appointment today for a BP check with a nurse Any other word vomit to share? So I guess I'm going to be seeing a MFM! Starting with my A/S on 11/3. I'm hoping I can do all of my routine prenatal care with my regular OB, though. I love her. Also, thanks for all the cheering about being team green, everyone. It really helped me put my head back on right and I think we're still good to go on that front. QotW: What is your favorite Halloween-themed movie?

How far along are you? EDD? 30w 3d; 12/6 RCS How are you feeling physically and emotionally? Physically, I feel uncomfortable and achy most days, with fiery heart burn. Emotionally, I'm doing pretty well this week. Any upcoming appointments or milestones? Growth and BPP in about a week and a half. Any other word vomit to share? I have lots of feelings about this potentially/hopefully being my last pregnancy. I'm trying to soak up every last bit of movement, even the uncomfortable movements, in case our gut feeling is right and I'm not doing this again. QotW: What is your favorite Halloween-themed movie? Hocus Pocus, the inspiration for this question. I am so delighted it is Hocus Pocus season again. It is campy and delightful and exactly my speed in terms of "scary." (One of my least favorite things about this season is how many horror movies will advertise on "normal" tv programs. DNW to see your scary movie clips!!)

Rama, I hope you'll get your wish. In my case, I've had MFM care twice in two different areas and in both cases I've had regular OB care for regular pregnancy visits, with the added MFM visits for extra monitoring. MFM did mostly make the call/recommendation to induce, but delivery was handled by my OB.

How far along are you? EDD? 20+4, 2/18
How are you feeling physically and emotionally? Physically: it’s getting more and more difficult to maneuver with my toddler. I’m only halfway there, not sure how I’ll keep up with him. Emotionally: I am having a hard time focusing at work these days. My attention span is shot. It makes grading papers a pain in the butt.
Any upcoming appointments or milestones? Nothing until an OB visit in two weeks.
Any other word vomit to share? Nothing in particular.
QotW: What is your favorite Halloween-themed movie? Halloween themed, Hocus Pocus. Just scary, I love Jaws.

How far along are you? EDD?
13 weeks, 4-9-17
How are you feeling physically and emotionally?
Physically I'm just tired a lot still. Every once in awhile I'll get a wave nausea, but that's about it.
Emotionally I struggle a bit. Definitely still feeling cautious and I use my doppler more than I probably should. PGAL is just hard sometimes.
Any upcoming appointments or milestones?
My next appointment is in 3 weeks.
Any other word vomit to share?
Nothing that I haven't already stated.
QotW: What is your favorite Halloween-themed movie?
I'm not a fan of scary movies. So, the only Halloween movie I even enjoy is It's The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown.

How far along are you? EDD? 27w, RCS scheduled 12/28 How are you feeling physically and emotionally? Physically - big and always out of breath. Emotionally, okay. I still check the toilet paper every time I go to the bathroom just in case. Any upcoming appointments or milestones? GD test next Thursday, then I start on appointments every 2 weeks Any other word vomit to share? Nope! QotW: What is your favorite Halloween-themed movie? I'm not a huge fan of scary movies and DH is even less of a fan. I haven't seen Hocus Pocus in years officedronette, so I'll definitely have to re-watch that this month!

How far along are you? EDD? 29.5 weeks 12/16
How are you feeling physically and emotionally? Physically it's getting much harder. Emotionally I'm doing ok.
Any upcoming appointments or milestones? I had a growth scan last wed and baby was measuring a bit ahead. I passed my glucose test. Now I'm every 2 week appts. Dr wants me to decide on RCS or vbac in the next 1-3 weeks and schedule it. I'm really leaning toward it and getting it on the books.
Any other word vomit to share? If I go RCS we are looking at less than 9 weeks to go, which is exciting and scary as hell! We are getting some projects done around the house and need to set up the big girl room to free up the nursery. I'm also so very over work
QotW: What is your favorite Halloween-themed movie? I'm a huge wimp, so no scary movies. Probably hocus pocus!

Any upcoming appointments or milestones? Almost out of first tri baby!!!
Any other word vomit to share? Nope
QotW: What is your favorite Halloween-themed movie? I also can’t watch scary movies. So I’d have to vote hocus pocus too.

How are you feeling physically/emotionally? Good, just feeling all fat and lumpy at the moment, bla.
Any upcoming appointments or milestones? OB Monday, looking forward to seeing baby boy on the ultrasound, I’m feeling like I should be feeling movement by now, at least those flutters.
Any other word vomit to share? Just on break from work (school break) at the moment and not looking forward to going back next week. Term 4 is super busy with lots of late night things before the summer break.
QoTW:What is your favorite Halloween-themed movie? I can’t think of any, can I have The Witches?

How far along are you? EDD? 28w4d, induction around 15/12.
How are you feeling physically/emotionally? Physically good. Mentally a bit stressed out/bummed/frustrated because of GD diagnosis.
Any upcoming appointments or milestones? OB Tuesday.
Any other word vomit to share? I'm really bummed out by the GD and of course want all the sweet stuff since I found out. 10 and a bit weeks to go... Also, my mother took a fall and broke her hip last weekend so she's back in hospital and genuinely acting like a petulant child: complaining about nurses saying they won't give her meds, she hasn't eaten, she's in pain, etc. Did she ask for meds? Nope. Did she tell them she was in pain? Nope. She actually just waits until I get there to act ridiculously dramatic and expects me to jump to attention and sort things out for her. She actually told us that if we wanted her to eat, we had to spoon feed her last night. Nothing wrong with her arms/hands btw, it was just "too tiring". Of course she was perfectly capable of eating as soon as we said no, feed yourself. Aaaaaaaaaargh! How am I supposed to keep my blood pressure in check with shit like this?
QoTW: I can't think of Halloween themed movies right now but though I'm becoming more and more chicken, I do like a scary movie (in daylight, lol).

snowyowl, my attention span is terrible (so is my memory). I'm just all over the place most days, which is irritating as I'm usually very organized.

snowyowl, last week, I heard Springsteen's name on the radio and seriously could not remember his first name for a full minute. My brain was all "Bill? Bill Springsteen? No, that's not right. Oh this is bad." Yesterday, at lunch, I realized I had put in only one earring in the morning. I'm a type-A lawyer and I've never felt this scattered before. It's somewhat terrifying given my job. I was talking with a friend and she said it's probably because my sleep is constantly interrupted, so even though I'm "in bed" for 9+ hours, I'm not sleeping for more than 90 minutes at a time before baby or bladder or both wake me up. nevertoomanyshoes, The Witches is SO GOOD. I loved taking that one out of the library as a kid. Waffle, ugh, hard pass to your mom's behavior. I'm sorry she's hurt, and that she's driving you nuts. I broke my pelvis 1.5 years ago and it was awful, so I'm sympathetic to how badly she might feel, but you do have to do the minimum that you CAN do yourself (like feed yourself and ask for your meds).
