cornpop hope you're feeling better so you can enjoy your trip! i totally understand the not wanting to go because you're worried about being exhausted and not want to do anything - it's crazy how we dread vacations now! today is officially move in day! h took dd to the in laws for the morning. we have been staying at my aunt's for the last two months, so i am cleaning and getting stuff ready to go. so far i have done laundry, deep cleaned a bathroom and the the kitchen. it's amazing what you can do without the help of a toddler! going to meet friends for coffee later then off to the apple orchard with bil/sil and their kid. it's going to be a long, busy day, but at least i'm getting stuff done! what has everyone else have going on this weekend?

Yay for move in day polson!! Itāll be so nice to have your own space again. I hope youāre having fun cornpop! Any recs for Vegas for a solo prego? My conference schedule will keep me pretty busy but Iām hoping to have some time to walk around. And last but not least Iāve eaten more food in the last few days than I have in the last 10 weeks or so - both in quantity and variety. I can sense DHās hope that more than just my appetite it coming back. If he plays his card right tonight, he might be right LOL

So day 1 in San Fran was...a mish mosh. I got a migraine which sucked and had to take a 3 hr nap and missed calling our daughter before bed.
But we got Ghiradhelli ice cream sundaes for dinner so I can't really complain too much.
I also think a my prenatals are a large part of what's making me still feel so sick. Last weekend when I felt great I had run out for 2 days. Then I started up again and felt awful. FFSC I decided to skip them for the trip. It's just 4 days but I feel guilty. But I don't feel like dying sooo.

It's so far past my bedtime. DH and I got a sitter and went to a movie tonight. It was so nice to get out for a date night - it had been a couple of months. Leaf š± Have fun in Vegas! We went when I was pregnant with DS. I was extra-sensitive to cigarette smoke when I was pregnant, so we stayed on the strip as much as possible. Seeing a Cirque show is totally worth it (I loved O and Ka), or one of the comedy shows like Jeff Dunham. The outlets are good too, if you have transportation. And of course, you can't beat the food. If you want specific food recs, let me know! cornpop I'm sorry about the migraine and the prenantals making you feel sick. If you aren't iron-deficient, maybe you could try the gummy ones? I hope you're able to enjoy the rest of your trip!

Leaf š± Where to even start, haha... My all-time favorite is Gordon Ramsay Burger (the parm fries and really any burger, even if it looks weird, are amazing). Mesa Grill and Shake Shack are delicious too. It's worth it to try a buffet - I checked Groupon for deals. My favorites were the Carnival World Buffet and the one at Caesers. Off the strip, we Yelp-discovered a hole in the wall called SkinnyFATS that was so, so yummy. Darn it, now I want to go to Vegas again just for the food.

I was MIA all weekend. We got pumpkins at the pumpkin patch Saturday morning and I spent the rest of the weekend cleaning house, cleaning out closets, etc. Time to catch up on here while sipping my coffee.

In the past week I've started very suddenly projectile vomiting. Today I was in the kitchen trying to make grilled cheese for lunch when I had to sprint to the bathroom to forcefully throw up. When I was done I came back to the kitchen to find my toddler had buttered the place. Thanks kid.

Sugary things in the morning have not been great for me since being pregnant. ![:(](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/sad.png) I had tacos for lunch after my check-up though and thought I might regret it but I do not.

I may have had donuts this morning. I may also be seriously having regrets. I "liked" for the donuts part. I've been craving them. I know if I buy some, I'll eat way too many. I might have to cave though. They just sound way too good.

cp3 babybean I grew up in Canada and I'm today I'm seeing/hearing all about "happy Canadian thanksgiving" from my family and friends there. What I wouldn't give for some sweet potatoes and stuffing and pumpkin pie. And the rest too. At last I have most of a strawberry rhubarb pie here. So of course that's what I had for "breakfast". I'm making no promises on how much pie will be left when DH gets home late tonight.

ArielMermaid literal lol to the kitchen getting buttered. Iām so sorry youāre sick though! cp3 Iām doing our thanksgiving dinner today, so much work! š a mini version sounds great. Yeah, the work to make it all is what's stopping me from making it. My co-worker told me about a restaurant nearby that makes a really good thanksgiving meal to go so I may order that for dinner one night this week. This craving is strong.

I could totally go for an early Thanksgiving meal. All of our family is across the country so we do Thanksgiving solo - I love that Trader Joe's has basically 4-person servings of all the staples, pre-made, so I can do a super easy meal for us this year.
We booked our ultrasound with one of those gender reveal/3D boutiques. We're going this Thursday! I'll be 16 weeks exactly, and hoping the baby will cooperated and give us a good shot. I'm thinking of taking my 2 year-old DS along, even though I think he's too young to really get it. It would still be a sweet moment. Or a train wreck.

Speaking of thanksgiving, not Canadian, but if I get my act together Iām planning on a roast chicken and all the trimmings for dinner. It sounds amazing. All expect the part where I have to prepare it. Costco has ruined me on cooking chicken.

cornpop i hope you are feeling better so you can enjoy your trip! i wouldn't be too worried about skipping the prenatals for a few days. Leaf š± i am by no means a vegas expert but i second the shake shack recommendation. we also ventured off the strip for a dinner into chinatown there and we were not disappointed. can't remember the place we ate at but it was in a strip that had lots of restaurants that were pretty legit looking. we saw the beatles cirque show and went to the gangster museum that is near the old strip. kind of cheesy but if you're looking for something different to do i thought it was interesting. kayladawn91 glad you had a good appointment - it's always such a relief we are all moved in and more importantly finally have internet! dd is napping and i'm finally getting a chance to sit for a few minutes...although a tree trimming service just showed up across the street along with a big dumpster. hopefully she naps with all the noise. this weekend flew by and i am searching pinterest for some good apple recipes... this sweet tooth is still going strong. and now i am craving thanksgiving food.

Does anyone have any good recommendations on maternity leggings? I'd like to invest in a few good quality, solid color ones to get me through this whole pregnancy. Preferably $20 or less each pair, since this is my last pregnancy and I don't want to go overboard on mat. clothes.
