I had suggested a water challenge last week and thought I'd start it for this week. But I loved the walking challenge from last week. So let's keep that one going and check in for either or both here.
Water challenge: set your own goal of how much water you want to drink per day.
Walking challenge: take a 10 minute walk each day.

I drank alcohol each night this weekend and I'm carrying some extra water weight because of it (and the snacking that somehow always comes with drinking!) So I'm going for a gallon each day. I used my infuser and prepped strawberry lime water for today. And I guess I'll get my 10 minutes in with all the trips to the bathroom

I took a 15 min walk on my lunch break. I'm already at 86 oz of water!
We had a recruiting event at my campus today so I helped serve pizza to 90+ high school students. I resisted having a slice myself and chugged water instead!!!

I did end up meeting my water goal yesterday and I'm 1/2 way there so far today. I may have to do a walking video later. I didn't have time to walk at lunch & I have to leave work early to take DD2 to the doctors (my mom think she may have an ear infection - I suspect it's 2 year molars coming in but I'd rather take her & have it be nothing, than let it go).

I haven’t checked in but i’ve Been squeezing in at least a 10 minute walk every day. My water consumption is generally good, so I didn’t set a goal for that.

I have been trying to get 100 oz and I have so far hit it both days. I got a water bottle that fills up to 32 oz so I try to do 3 of those during the work day and then I get the rest at home.
This reminds me I need to fill up my bottle.

I didn't get my walk in yesterday. But I did do 30 day shred and BBM, so there's that. I drank my gallon of water too.
I think I can fit a walk in during lunch. It's casual day so I already have sneakers on, so that saves me a few minutes of changing my shoes.

I did good on my water the past two days but not walking. Today is a new day. 42 oz of water so far and I will get a 30 min walk later during dd's dance class.

I took a 20 min walk yesterday & drank my gallon of water. I think it's making a difference, I'm down 2.5 lbs from Monday & I'm sure it's water weight.
