Apparently I am thinking all about food this morning! Our plan: Sun-chili (IP) and cornbread Mon-chick pea and sweet potato curry (IP) with Naan Tues-pasta and salad Wed-grilled salmon and roasted brussels sprouts Thurs-leftovers Fri-takeout, prob pizza this week
We eat a lot of rice so probably rice Sun, Mon and Wed with those meals. We had steamed shrimp and sweet potatoes and salad last night. E probably ate 20 shrimp before we cut him off. He loves shrimp and crabs!

I'm trying to do low carb but failed.
Porkloin, scalloped potatoes and brocolli Asian chicken, brown rice and veggies Tacos and black beans (mine will be a taco salad to keep low carb) Tortellini rolls and beans Pizza quesadillas and veggie quesadilla Bbq chicken, veggies, fruit and fries.

Tonight: loaded potato soup on homemade honey wheat bread bowls
*Gnocchi with white beans, spinach, and chicken sausage *naan pizzas *Caprese chicken with fettuccini Alfredo+broccoli *Black bean burritos *Chili *Meatloaf, scalloped potatoes, cauliflower/broccoli mix
This is all assuming that baby doesn't come this week.

I am prepping for thanksgiving this week. All the family is coming in Friday and I am doing Saturday lunch for 20 and the appetizers and pies for thanksgiving.
tonight: wings M: Cumin spiced pork loin and root veggies (this has been on my list forever but just hasn't gotten made) T: Lemon and Artichoke Chicken Thighs W: Hamburger Soup T: Chicken Tikka Masala F: at my parents S: Potato Bacon Soup and Biscuits S: Thanksgiving dinner - perogies, cabbage rolls, turkey, ham, turnips, mashed potatoes and gravy, cranberry sauce (cranberry brie bites for appies)

Could you make quinoa or something for yourself and sub it for the potatoes and rice for those meals? I am guessing quinoa is considered low carb but not sure...

I also just made orange chicken for orange chicken lettuce wraps for lunch this week.
This IS a low carb high protein meal so success!

@eastershoregirl, that's a great idea and as it's grain it's good for me. I am basically trying to follow a diabetic diet now.
But I love carbs so this is a tad harder to give all up.
