Sunday - Chinese takeout
Monday - Sloppy joes (on curled sweet potatoes for me) with salad
Tuesday - Leftovers
Wednesday - Breakfast ~ veggie and bacon quiche with a spiral salad of zucchini and beets
Thursday - Spaghetti (zucchini noodles for me) with garlic bread and salad
Friday - Probably pizza or leftovers
Saturday - Grilled burgers, potato salad, and grilled veggies

Sunday - brats, mac and cheese, and asparagus
Monday - bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits and hash browns
Tuesday - probably McDonalds
Wednesday - spicy sausage pasta and some sort of veggie
Thursday - tacos
Friday - meatloaf, mashed potato, and a veggie
Saturday - leftovers

Sunday - Grilled Teriyaki & pineapple porkchops & salmon w/ grilled veggies & brown rice
Monday - Traditional Memorial Day fare: burgers, dogs, mac & potato salad & baked beans complete w/ military movie marathon (I probably won't have another meal until Tuesday afternoon! Still so stuffed!)
Tuesday - Mexican stuffed bell peppers
Wednesday - Leftovers from Sunday
Thursday - Leftovers from Monday
Friday - Take out
Saturday - If weather permits, most likely something grilled

oldbaylover1024 TTMA about curled sweet potatoes. Sun - steamed shrimp, corn on the cob Mon - went to a cookout Tues - GF pasta with shrimp Wed - grilled pork chops, asparagus That's as far as I got, but I need to throw something in the crockpot for Thursday and Friday, because DS1 has baseball both nights.

boxerific - Mmmm... curled sweet potatoes are my jam! I use the spaghetti size grate. Then, I toss the curls with a little olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic. Roast them at 375* for 10 minutes, toss, then another five. They're so good! J likes them, too.
