I am having super anxiety that the pregnancy isn't continuing and I keep spiraling. I convince myself that worrying won't change anything, that my numbers were fine, etc. But then I spiral again because I don't feel as nauseous as two days ago. Or my uterus isn't burning/cramping like it was when I first got my BFP.
Anyone dealing with similar? How do you deal?

I've been having some serious anxiety issues this pregnancy. I had a chemical pregnancy this summer; while I've passed the loss milestone my brain keeps being like 'Well, it's happened to you before. And all your friends." Thanks, brain.
My nausea has really kicked up in the last couple days so I'm feeling a bit better now anxiety-wise. But when it was bad I just envisioned buckling a tiny baby into a carseat to bring home from the hospital. This was something that was suggested in my other BMB forever ago. It did work. That and spiraling on nursery ideas (Harry Potter!!!!).
If you believe in a higher power, praying and searching for Bible verses about anxiety has helped a lot too.

I had this until I had my first appointment, and it was terrible. I would wake up from nightmares about losing the baby and be up for an hour or two, unable to fall asleep. It helped to focus on things as mentioned above- nursery, do we need new gear?, talking to my husband about it, etc. I also read a ton of old threads where so many people posted and didn't have symptoms, but had healthy pregnancies. Sometimes it helps to read that it is all normal, you know?
I'm so sorry you're struggling with anxiety. It is so hard.

It is scary. This has been plaguing me really, really badly the last couple days. I was so, so sick with DD and I'm either not with this pregnancy (hopefully) or it just hasn't started yet. I can't remember when it started with her, so that doesn't help. 2 losses, including one a couple months ago really adds to the fear. I just keep trying to repeat to myself "today I am pregnant and I love my baby". It helps a little but I don't think I will relax until I see a hb in a couple weeks. And then I'm sure that'll only be for a day or 2. First tri is so hard.

I’m so sorry. When do you get more betas or have an ultrasound?
I’ve had a lot of anxiety this time around, mostly because it felt too good to be true how quickly we got pregnant. Then I was a mess before our first ultrasound because V’s was not good and we’d been in limbo for a week after that appointment.
We got through that, and now I’m just trying to focus on each day and not get ahead of myself with all of the worries that come with each stage of pregnancy. It’s so hard though.

Its REALLY hard not to compare pregnancies, but this one has been different than mine with Lexi or with my CP. I didn't really get ANY symptoms until 6 weeks. I've not cramped at all really. I don't even really feel as tired as I remember being with lex. I can only say that the anxiety is normal. Especially with a loss in your past. Hugs love.

I hope some of the suggestions here have helped you. I feel like I can’t stop fixating sometimes. It helps a bit to know it’s not just me. I hope it helps you some too?

Good luck Monday, just try to stay really busy tomorrow so that you're exhausted by the end of the day. I know how you're feeling though. I haven't felt many noticeable symptoms and worry a lot also. My husband had to remind me a couple weeks ago that I knew way earlier than a lot of people and most people probably don't have a huge amount of symptoms right away.
Everyone has good suggestions. I tend to bake the crap out of my kitchen when I'm really feeling a lot of anxiety.
Thinking of you!

Nurse just called, my beta today came in at 1539 - doubling time of 45 hours. I'm right on track!
Ultrasound week of Oct 16 - probably Thursday because I'm off that day.
