I see a lot of y'all are doing this. I don't want to hijack your progress thread with my questions.
I am out of shape. It's bad. Three years ago I was down to 138lbs and running five miles a day. That was a 90 lb weight loss for me, and most of it wasn't lost in a healthy way-I had a weird stomach issue and basically threw up everything I ate for several months. I gained a bunch of that back and then got pregnant with DD and then gained a bunch more. I'm about 60 lbs up from my lowest weight.
I feel like I need someone to tell me how to excersize and when and what to cram in my yap and when because I clearly cannot figure it out.
Do you find the workouts to be 1. not tedious and 2. manageable? Has anyone done the meal plans? Does the food suck? If you've done it, what do you like about it? What do you hate?

We're basically on day 18/19 as a group.
The BBM lady is 60lbs over her goal weight and flops along with you.
It is not easy, but not Jillian Michaels hard. It really is yourself against yourself rather than trying to keep up.
Do it. It's free, quick and totally manageable.

ETA: She's kind of annoying to listen to, but I just put some music on and turn her down.

I suck at working out and have never been in shape. I dislike exercise in and of itself, and I've never been able to stick with it. But, so far, BBM is working for me. Part of that is because of the group support aspect on here, but the workouts themselves are definitely manageable and not tedious. They're quick, each exercise is only for 1 minute, and the workout itself is 20 minutes or less.
Not to sound like an infomercial, it's just been a great starting off point for me to begin feeling stronger, healthier, etc.

The work outs are not tedious - there are at least a couple different routines per week and they change each week. They are generally either focused on strength or cardio. They are challenging but manageable. They goal of the first 3 weeks is to get a good base of fitness for the following weeks, so it's not like you jump right in to super hard workouts. I haven't done the meal plans.

I think it's both manageable and challenging. There are some days that I have to pause the video and just breath a minute and others that I go through it in one smooth motion. But I always feel stronger the next morning and love that she's fighting right along with me. Even if her voice is a little annoying lol. I have not done her meal plans. I'm a vegetarian and she can not accommodate that.
