I know a lot of us avoid certain names because they are popular and we don't want our kid to be 1 of eleventy Jennifers in the class. So, I'm curious, what names occur the most in your immediate circles - friends, family, class etc? That you meet actual children with that name.
I know 3 Sebastians.
I can't think of any other repeats.

Isabella, Charlotte, and Sophia for girls keep popping up.
For boys, it tends to be the more classic names - Noah, William, and Luke/Lucas are common.

For girls we know quite a few Charlies and Finleys (with various spellings), but the #1 is probably Emma or Eleanor.
For boys Jackson, Jacob, Mason, Ben, Noah, and recently a couple Frankies.

It's a family tradition on my father's side to name the first girl Marie Antoinette, so I have lots of relatives with that name, so many that they have run out of nicknames based on the name!
Outside of family, I know a lot of babies/young children named: Benjamin, Lilly, Isabella, Olivia, Noah, Madeleine, Reid, Ella, Jackson

Ella, Charlotte, Harper... otherwise I really don't notice a lot of repeats surprisingly.

Funny, I plan to use Sebastian and I know most of my friends/family will think it's very strange. LormorI have a pretty small local social circle so I don't really know what is repeated locally.

My daughter isn't two yet so I'm sure I'll notice more later but there are a few Stella's at daycare.

Grayson/Greyson (3), Henry (3), Ronan/Ronin (2)
Surprisingly, there aren't any girl repeats in my circle of friends/family.

Very few in my close circle have kids yet, but from the nannying and playdates of my friends/family it seems to be Tenley (3) for girls and Liam (2) and Ronan (2) for boys.
From my circle of friends/family all the Chris sounding names: Crystal, Christina, Christopher, etc. Immediate family would be William and there's basically no nicknames left besides Liam.

Yeah, Sebastian was suggested to us a few times as an unusual name. Funny that it's the most popular name I know!
