Good morning. We're headed to the lake today to visit my parents. It's supposed to be crappy out today, but tomorrow is supposed to be good. I'm just hoping for one boat ride this weekend!

We were out on the lake all afternoon yesterday and DD didn't get to bed until 3 hours past her bedtime. I really thought she'd sleep in this morning. Nope, woke up at 615 clearly tired and in a shit mood. I know H is gonna be in a world of pain when he wakes up.
We're watching octonauts. DD's bff invited her over so I gotta figure out if I want to inflict her on bff's parents in this cranky state.
We also need to grocery shop as we've got no food. Otherwise, I think it's gonna be a chill day.

Alcohol is the devil when it comes to dieting. Even if I save calories for the actual booze, it's always the snacks and hangover food that get me.

Baby slept like crap. H was up with him most of the night so he'll be sleeping in. Ds1 and I are up and waiting for my ILs. I plan on returning to bed as soon as they get here.

Good Morning. Up with DS since 6:45 so at least that's 45 min past the norm. DH is going to take him to little gym in an hour and I was planning to do laundry but bobyn inspired me to go for a jog instead. Laundry can wait for nap. I've worn mismatched socks when I lost a pair here and there in the laundry. Enjoy your run, glad I could motivate you! 😉 If I have a lost sock, I'd rather throw the single one away than mismatch. Maybe I'm broken. |

After yesterday's poop incident, I ended up steam cleaning the entire living room floor, and now it looks and smells fantastic! It's still making me happy to look at this morning.

Good morning! DS's birthday is tomorrow. Time flies, guys! He got a toy chainsaw at his party that he's obsessed with because he matches his dad now. It cracks me up that he knows how to use it properly.
