I had a very vivid dream a few months ago that baby boy would be born on September 14. That obviously didn't happen. (atrb_partsz)
We are going to a farm tomorrow - that's 1.5 hours away. Ugh. I don't know why I agreed to this but DD will love it. There will be a hay ride, animals and food. So fun, but maybe not quite as much fun being 8 months pregnant.

When I brought an outfit to the hospital for DD it was massive on her even though she was over 6lbs and it was newborn ! I have to figure out a girl and boy outfit for this time might bring ! Thanks for the heads up!

Taitai, healing thoughts for your H! bootsorhearts1, my little guy loves sticking his butt out too. A few times a day I'll just have a super pointy, lopsided bump from him getting in some weird position. thechickencoop, horray for coming home! So glad to see all our early arrivers not have extended NICU stays. AFM, I did the math and determined that the earliest I can start maternity leave if I want it to last up through Christmas is October 2nd. So the earliest baby can come is Sept 30th, which would be 2w 2d early. Keep on cooking at least 2 more weeks little guy!

Oh, and I'm going to AW the shirt I'm wearing today~ DH won it as a gag gift in a white elephant game last Christmas. I was going through his shirt drawer looking for something to steal that would fit over the bump and though it was amusingly appropriate to take this one. (And yes, I work from home so I wear PJs all day lol.)

Oh I definitely live in H's t shirts these days. They are the only thing I'm comfortable in really.

I've been on the go since 8:30 this morning. Waiting for the kids to fall asleep so I can veg out! Been having tons of Braxton Hicks this week, which is just so uncomfortable. I've been really busy though too, and probably not drinking enough water, so...I need to do better and hopefully they'll ease up. After this weekend, I should be able to be lazier, which is good! I'm just worn out from party prep. Remind me next year to not host 30 people at my house!

Sorry I've been really MIA. Life is crazy right now and I haven't had much time to check in. Volleyball is taking up a good chunk of time in the afternoons and keeping me busy.
Got all of sequel's furniture in his room and I just need to wash/put everything away. 34w today and I can't believe that I'm 6w or less (please be less) away from having 2 kids.
Today is my 30th birthday and I'm so excited to eat the cupcakes I got yesterday and then go to the Melting Pot tomorrow night with H.

Trying to catch, super tired tonight and almost fell asleep laying down with DD for bed. Still nesting like crazy and I really just want to clean-all-the-things because I'm having very crazy irrational pregnant lady thoughts about either of the two ladies coming to watch DD (should I go into labor randomly one night) judging the state of my house.
Anyway, just excited for the weekend and hopefully catching up on some naps/sleep!

curmudgeon danvers thanks! The Melting Pot is special for H and I. We got engaged there (my due date is the 7yr anniversary of that), celebrated our 1yr anniversary there and whenever we can we try to go. It's our favorite date evening restaurant (when we can spend the $$ on it).

Happy Birthday racegurl87!! We went to the Melting Pot to celebrate DH's birthday when I was very pregnant with DS. I ate WAY too much and was miserable for a bit afterwards. It was sooooo good though. I hope you have a great time!!

Taitai, LT was for the opposite âšī¸ for your DH. Hope it's none the worse and he will heal fast. I have mishaps in the kitchen all the time. Not too long ago....well months now. I pulled a sheet pan out of the oven with bare hands. Really what was I thinkIn đ¤Ļđģââī¸ . Hubs is always flabbergasted when I use my hands to flip food over in the sizzlling pan. He says I have leather hands đ Which could be true and have lost some feeling over the years. đ¤ˇđģââī¸

racegurl87, happy birthday. đđđđđ I love fondue when weather is cold but never been to TMP. I think this would be a great thing to do with DS this coming mid winter with a short getaway to the mountains for some fondue and raclette. He would love riding the gondola there for sure.

And yeah, between the heat and humidity I felt sick after 15min in my own backyard, yuck.
