ssm, everything's ok here! No, I never got a pre-e diagnosis with my first. With DS, when I had the first episode of blurred vision (around 35w), I called right away and they ended up telling me since I had no other symptoms that would indicate pre-e and that the episode was over by the time they called me back, not to come in. I remembered them doing that to me with DS which is why I didn't think to call right away for experiencing a similar symptom with this one. My BP was perfect at every appointment up until 36w, then was higher than normal for the first read and back to normal by the end of the appointment.
With DS, I had an NST after that 36w appointment and baby passed with flying colors. Then for my 36-38w appointments I didn't gain any weight or fundal height, so they sent me for a growth scan at 38w, which again passed without issues. I went into labor with DS at 39w 2d and had him that day with minimal complications.
I haven't had any more blurred vision episodes since the 30 min one about a week ago. Baby's still super active and I've felt great. I also haven't had any high BP readings yet this pregnancy - typically about 110/66 every appointment. But I definitely won't mess around if it happens again, and call right away.
