Soo my water broke in a little gush when I got up to pee at 1 AM. It happened again right after getting off the phone with triage, so I headed in. First check had me at 2 cm and contracting every 4-5 minutes but I have not been feeling any contractions. Baby is head-down and I just got a steroid shot for her, so we're just waiting to see how I progress. I'd love to make it to a second steroid shot tomorrow morning, but we will see! I'll post any updates here!

Oh my goodness - I was kind of hoping the mention of "water gushing" in the randoms might just have been a little pee. Hope the baby just stays put for the second shot before making an appearance! Hang tight momma and FX for smooth sailing ahead!

Best of luck making it to the 2nd shot! How far along are you? I am 36w 3d by my dating ultrasound. My LMP has me 2 weeks further but I know ovulation was messed up/late from BF'ing. I know 36 and 3 isn't bad but I'm secretly hoping she is actually a little further along! |

Eek! I have everything crossed for you that they can get that second steroid in; they keep saying how beneficial it is and whatnot, so stay in baby bubbles!! You're pretty progressed though with contractions! When they checked me in i was only at 1 cm, long cervix, no contractions. After they started pitocin then I got to 3-4 cm, 80%, and crazy contractions pretty quickly though, then BAM, baby was here  Keep us posted!! |

I'm having weak, irregular contractions so I'm curious to see how long it takes for things to get going. |
