Does anyone have any helpful tips for headaches? I get them a lot normally but I take an Excedrin migraine when I can't shake them and that usually does the trick. I've had bad headaches two days in a row now and I'm dying for some relief.

I know pregnancy is just synonymous with headaches. Are you finding anything natural helps e.g. Heat pack on your neck, cold eye mask, massage? It's so frustrating when you can't take much medication. The only other thing I can suggest is getting your eyes tested if you haven't recently. A new prescription might relieve some of the strain.

I was on a high dose of B12 because I was really really low on a blood test a few months ago. I guess I need to call and ask if I can still take that? I'm not sure if I should stay on the same dose now. That could be causing the headaches too. I stopped taking the B12 daily when I got a positive.

What helps me with pregnancy headaches is starting my day (literally before I get out of bed) with a glass of electrolyte drink.

I'd ask your Dr if it's safe to take your precious dose because it might be fine and give you some long term relief.

Ice packs on my forehead and the back of my neck (lying in bed) helps if you can put your feet up for a while.

It was a lifesaver for me and I didn't need it the entire time, just during the spring when pollen was redic. I'm in the PNW too and the smoke is AWFUL.
