ssm I have my fingers crossed you hold on past 34 weeks!! Pre-e is such an unknown in what causes it and what makes it stay moderate in some people and what causes it to go severe in others. There's some informatiin it there now saying pre-e is a type of autoimmune disease, which makes sense because your body is attacking itself to help baby. i hadn't ever heard that! I knew I had some predisposition to it...apparently there has been a link between pree and PCOS. And since I had it with DS and had to remain on bp meds for a while after delivery, it made it even more likely. And I have the same partner. And having a higher bmi for this second pregnancy. But I've never heard about it possibly being autoimmune. But then again, what about all the people that only have it once? Even if they don't change partners...or girl babies first and don't change partners? I know ftm, boy, PCOS are all semi predispositions to having it. But then again, who knows!! There truly is no rhyme or reason.

How far along are you? 36 weeks today!
Any concerns? How are you feeling? No concerns, feeling really good! Just crazy to think it's just about baby time!
What kind of appointment? Regular midwife appointment was Thursday at 35+5
How did it go? Good! Baby is head down and midwife said "locked", not sure what that means exactly but the head is really low already so maybe that means chance of flipping is low? Baby has also moved down out of my ribs (thank you chiropractor) which is amazing! Midwife said I have a lot of fluid around baby so to expect quite the gush whenever my water breaks 😳 Did the GBS swab as well
Any feels/vents/etc? Just can't believe baby is day is almost here!
Learn anything new? Nope
Next appointment: 2 weeks at 37+5 and then weekly until baby comes!
