How far along are you? EDD? 16+4, February 15th
How are you feeling physically and emotionally? Physically I feel good. Nausea is rare, I have a decent amount of energy, and my bump is still small enough that it's not getting in my way yet. I have some RLP, and I cannot stop sneezing, but it's just minor stuff. Emotionally I'm calm most of the time. I use my doppler every once in awhile, which is enough to keep me feeling pretty good.
Any upcoming appointments or milestones? I'm so annoyed. I got my two blood draws for the integrated testing for the NT scan. Turns out they screwed up the dates and my second draw was a day too early and I have to go back. So much for going the first day and getting it over with. I also went as early as possible because school was starting and it was going to get a lot less convenient.
Any other word vomit to share? First day of school with the kids is tomorrow! I should be nervous, but I never am. Just excited! (I'm not a unicorn teacher. I am much less excited about my profession a few months in 😛).
QotW: Fall is nearly upon us! What is your favorite season and why? It's a tie, I love summer and fall. Since I'm heading into fall right now I'm really excited for sweaters, jeans, and boot weather. The local farm does cider and cider doughnuts all fall. And school is starting so I'm back to a nice regular schedule, which I really do miss by the end of the summer.

Thanks for the check in snowyowlHope your first day of school goes great! How far along are you? EDD? 9 weeks today, 4-9-18 How are you feeling physically and emotionally? Physically I'm starting to feel better, but still so tired. I've been sick for over a week and just can't seem to get rid of this crud. Emotionally I had some meltdowns this weekend. I've been spotting since Friday, although it seems to be nothing yet today. I have found baby's heartbeat on my doppler. So, that's reassuring. I'm calling my doc tomorrow though to let him know about the spotting. Any upcoming appointments or milestones? My next appointment isn't until the 25th at 12 weeks, but that might change since I've been spotting. Any other word vomit to share? I hate how emotional this whole process is. It's very draining. QotW: Fall is nearly upon us! What is your favorite season and why? Fall is my favorite. I love the cooler weather, all things pumpkin spice, decorating, boots and scarves, etc.

Hope I can join in. I had a CP last month, so I've been extra anxious and up in my feels with this new development.
How far along are you? EDD? Just 4+2. Due May 12.
How are you feeling physically and emotionally? Physically, I feel completely normal. I have occasional mild cramping, but not as much as with my first. Emotionally, I'm pretty anxious and worried. I'm happy and excited, but can't shake the feeling something will go wrong.
Any upcoming appointments or milestones? 8-week ultrasound is almost a month away on 10/3.
Any other word vomit to share? I can't stop peeing on sticks. Seeing the line get darker is helping, but I still can't shake the fear or stop peeing on sticks.
QotW: Fall is my favorite. I love the weather, the beautiful colors, and the holidays.

Risscaboobs I did the same thing with the POAS addiction before my first u/s. Just be aware that the boomerang effect is real! After a certain point the chemicals that react with the dye get to a mix that actually doesn't show up as well and your line will get lighter. I freaked myself out, then tried the dilution with water trick, and got the darkest line yet. Apologies if this is old news to you, just want to make sure other people don't stress themselves out the way I did!

Risscaboobs - I definitely peed on all the things both pregnancies so far post CP. Every time I would have a beta I would POAS and then I would write my beta next to it, and I'd obsessively compare pregnancies to each other. I hope time passes quickly!

I'm 26w3d. Delivery on or before 12-6.
Feeling large and cranky. Every time I drop something on the ground my heart falls.
Next appt is tomorrow! It's been awhile.
No other word vomit - I've been fairy MIA from HIH these days but sending all my good vibes to those who need it.
I love summer most of all, but after a long hot summer, appreciate the crispness and cool weather fall brings. I just hate that it means it won't be summer again for a looooong time.

Apologies if this is old news to you, just want to make sure other people don't stress themselves out the way I did! I did hear about the boomerang effect but don't know the water dilution trick? It has something to do with the pregancy hormones eventually reaching a point where they "overwhelm" the chemicals that turn the line pink. If you dilute your urine with water, the hormones are diluted and go back to bonding better with the dye. I'm sure I'm explaining this poorly because I don't fully understand it myself, but I was amazed at how well it worked after a fellow BMB member told me to try it. I read up a little on why it happens, but everything I found was quite technical. ETA: I found the pic I took. These are from the same sample before and after I added water, the bottom one is diluted.

How far along are you? EDD? 13 wks 3/11
How are you feeling physically and emotionally? Nausea is starting to fade! Woo hoo! I'm spotting for the first time in weeks so that sucks and is making me anxious.
Any upcoming appointments or milestones? We had the nt scan last week and he looked perfect. No more appts for like 3 weeks.
Any other word vomit to share?
QotW: Fall is nearly upon us! What is your favorite season and why? Its a tie between fall and spring. Ill focus on fall though. I love the changing leaves, the smell in the air, wearing sweatshirts, and going to the pumpkin patch.

How far along are you? EDD? 24w3d, 23 December
How are you feeling physically and emotionally? Physically good, my bump has popped out in the past week or so which is making me feel great and completely weird at the same time. I'm glad that I look pregnant and not just thick waisted but I'm also a bit worried about getting huge. Feeling a lot of kicking, especially after eating.
Any upcoming appointments or milestones? Passed the 24 weeks milestone. No appointments until mid September.
Any other word vomit to share?
QotW: Fall is nearly upon us! What is your favorite season and why? Summer! Long days, time in the sun, much more socialising with friends at barbecues and terraces...

How far along are you? EDD? 10,5
How are you feeling physically and emotionally? Physically, I'm mostly tired all the time. Pain in my leg/butt on the left side (sciatica?) is becoming more common, though. Emotionally, I'm kind of a mess. I'm only really comfortable with being pregnant WHILE I'm seeing/hearing the babe. As soon as it's over, anxiety immediately starts creeping back in. It's usually a little bit before it takes over, mind you, but it's still there. My brain thinks that every second is the second my baby could die.
Any upcoming appointments or milestones? Every day is a milestone from here. Next appointment is 9/25
Any other word vomit to share? Not really. Just inherently scared and now it's making me sad more often, too.
QotW: Fall is nearly upon us! What is your favorite season and why? Spring. Because life! But it's not summer.

How far along are you? EDD? 8w 4d
How are you feeling physically and emotionally? Physically omg I'm so tired and so nauseous. No puking, just always feeling like I want to. Eating is hard. Emotionally, trying to keep my cool. This is the point around where I had my MMCs so it's been hard not too worry.
Any upcoming appointments or milestones? 9/19, although I'm not sure what to do. It's a bit complicated so I think I'll make a separate post to see what you ladies think.
Any other word vomit to share? Nope, just hoping this baby is ok

snowyowl thanks for the check in! Yay for feeling pretty good and for the first day of school! I was way more excited this year than nervous, a first for me. mattsgirl2004 I'm sorry. That's so stressful. Risscaboobs I am with you. I had a CP last cycle, too, and I am not over it. So sorry. littlecabbage1019 yay for nausea going away but boo for spotting. Sorry. Waffle yay for kicks! I always thought that was so reassuring. Rama I'm sorry, that is so hard. Hugs. rm2013 I am with you on the nausea. So not fun. AFM... 6w3d, April 30 Feeling so tired and very nauseous. The nausea is at least reassuring, if I'm feeling crappy I'm probably still pregnant. Couldn't handle the waiting so poas this weekend. Still pregnant. Emotionally, it's been a rough week. My last pregnancy ended right at 6 weeks, so passing that point with this one was emotional. My 6.5 week scan is Friday. Cannot wait. Other word vomit: I hate having to act normal when in the early stages of pregnancy. I don't like acting like I feel fine when talking to a colleague while I try not to puke. I don't like having to make excuses why I can't keep my eyes open because I'm so tired. And I am not looking forward to explaining to my ultimate frisbee team why I can't play with them anymore without seeming like I'm abandoning them. I love fall, but I seem to say that about every season when it arrives! I am a fan of everything pumpkin spice that has started popping up!

How far along are you? EDD? 23w2d Jan 2 (RCS scheduled 12/28)
How are you feeling physically and emotionally? Physically - very large. Heartburn is starting to kick in. Emotionally - okay. Baby has been moving around quite a bit especially at night so that's reassuring.
Any upcoming appointments or milestones? Milestones - almost 24 weeks! Next appointment is 9/27 - just a normal appt with my OB
Any other word vomit to share? Nope!
QotW: Fall is nearly upon us! What is your favorite season and why? Fall for sure. I hate being pregnant in summer in the south. I feel so swollen. We've had a few cooler days this week and I'm loving it. I can't wait to wear leggings and sweaters and boots and drink pumpkin spice lattes.

I'll be 5 weeks tomorrow. I have considered calling maybe next week to see if they could let me come when I'm like 6 weeks. Just to see if everything looks like it's progressing. I HATE that I'm stressing so much about it this time. I was anxious with Lexi but this is NEXT LEVEL. And if one more person tells me to just try to relax and that it's not good for the baby, I am going to cut a bitch.

They wouldn't be able to see much this early, no, but I was thinking for next week, too. The earlier you call, the easier it is to get a spot here, so I'd want to call in ASAP. Around 6-6.5w, you could possibly see a heartbeat. Punch the people telling you to relax. No warnings, just do it.
