I was thinking about buying an iPad. I've never had a tablet so I'm not exactly sure what I'd use it for.
There's some good sales this weekend though.

Today I plan to relax and do nothing. The rest of the weekend will be filled with packing and cleaning before we leave for a month long trip. A month, wow! Where are you going? Visiting my parents in CA. We are moving there in September so I will be Preschool shopping/other adulty things and of course drinking copious amounts of wine. |

I'm making a donut run then the baby has her first play date this afternoon. I'm not really sure what 3 month olds do at a play date besides lay next to each other flapping their arms. I don't really know what adults do at a play date either, do I need to offer to bring something?

Betweenthelines love it! I am envious, I would love a wood fence. Ours is chain link and I hate that it isn't very private at all.

Good morning. Woke up early to bring he puppy to the vet for some shots this morning. I have wonderful plans of spending all weekend by the pool with a beer in my hand at all times.

I suppose I will get off my ass and go to the gym now. I want to go to Nordstrom to get more bras (thanks confessions thread) but the closest one is at the mall of America which is also a place where happiness goes to die. So. We will see.

We will be at the airport in about an hour and a half. Flight is at 1:40pm aka during nap time. This could either be very good or very bad. At least the flight is only an hour and a half. Good luck! We've had more success with nap time flights than with early morning or late afternoon flights. FX for a peaceful and uneventful flight! TY! Either way there will be a margarita after the flight so I will just meditate on that 😇 |

Woke up at 430 with the long list of things to be done today. I have already been to Starbucks, the grocery store, made cupcakes, pasta salad and have brisket and ribs on the smoker.
Planning on cocktails starting at noon-ish. Yay weekend!

Hello! DD slept in until 7:00 and then we all went out for brunch at our favorite place. Also, we accidentally weaned DD from her paci last night because she bit through her last good one. She took a little longer to fall asleep and woke up once, but all in all, not too bad!

Good morning. H got up with the kiddo and let me "sleep in" all the way to 7:30. But it was nice to slowly motivate and get a meditation session in before jumping into parenting.
Now chugging coffee and debating where we should go for breakfast. This afternoon we have to drive 1.5 hours to drop off the kid at a Girl Scouts sleepover, which I am not looking forward to..but yay for a kid free night.
