I forgot we have 2 parties to go to this afternoon. Normally I'd be excited but the baby got me up at 4:30.
Sadly no jury duty for me on Tuesday. I have to call Tuesday night to see about Wednesday.

I've been up since 6:30 and I just went to get DD up. She's complaining and saying she doesn't want to go to the beach house this weekend. Ugh. We're still going but I can tell it's going to be a battle. I'm hoping once we're in the car or on the road she'll change her mind. She is 3 after all. My sons been asking to go to the beach everyday for 2 weeks. I'll swap kids with you temporarily. |

My kids have been playing downstairs for a couple hours, letting us sleep in. This is bizarre, but everyone still seems to be alive.
Heading to the library for storytime with real roosters and hens later. Should be a good time.

I bought long sleeve, 50 SPF rash guards (if that's what they're called) for MH and I for next week's beach trip. He says no sunscreen under the shirt is needed, I say yes sunscreen. Who is right?

Huh. I guess I thought, SPF 50, so it's blocking 50% of the rays. If it were sunscreen lotion I'd have to reapply. But I guess since it's clothing, not a washable sunscreen, that makes a difference.

We're down the shore for the weekend. It's supposed to be really nice so I'm planning on taking my kid swimming today and maybe a little boardwalk action tonight!

Good morning! We have family staying with us (SIL, BIL, 3 nephews, 3 dogs) and a party planned tomorrow for the baby's baptism. So, naturally, he spiked a fever last night. 😩

Park birthday party this morning before it is supposed to storm this afternoon, then I'm leaving to go do some volunteer work this evening. But first...coffee! We are also watching that movie. This week has been crazy and the next one doesn't look any better! It's my sister's bridal shower today. Stagette next weekend. I am going to have so much free time after the wedding!
