I went to bed feeling crampy and woke up feeling just as bad. Ugh. My boss and I have an all-day meeting we have to attend at another campus about an hour away and it's truly the last thing I want to do today. At least it's almost Friday?

I fell asleep feeling all crampy too. I actually started keeping time, but it only happened a couple of times. I'm getting nervous because I don't know what it feels like to go into labor. My first was induced and I wasn't really having any contractions before then. Anyway, I hope it's way too early to be thinking about it.

DS was up for like 2.5 hours screaming hysterically in the night. I finally got him to fall asleep with me, I just wish I knew what was wrong. I'm tired.
My grandma is coming over to hang out today, which will be nice. Hoping this headache disappears soon.

I'm so relieved to hear others are feeling crampy too. I've felt crampy and just had lots of general pain in the bump area over the past few days. I feel like it's my body saying I need to stretch out more, because baby is packing on the lbs. That is what keeps me from getting overly worried at least 😅
DS toddlered hard today after school. I don't know what the deal was, but he had a melt down because he couldn't push the button on the elevator (someone else was already in there and had done it). Cue crying fit for 45 minutes. Drama lama!!! Thankfully a good nap fixed his crankiness, but for a while I was just like - you're being ridiculous.

cougarette this is me too. I was induced so no clue what exactly it is I am feeling. It goes away with water and rest so I'm guessing it isn't anything to worry about yet. I took the day off so I can take DS to his speech evaluation this morning. I'm anxious and excited to get things rolling so that we can help him communicate better. After our appointment, we are meeting friends for lunch. It's going to be a busy morning!

Gah. Something flew off a truck and hit the sunroof on DH's car putting a huge hole in it. I hope it's not supposed to rain today. I'm glad the cover was closed at least.

To all the crampy ladies.... HYDRATE HYDRATE It will help some with the discomfort. The more hydrated you are, I know you will pee more, but if some of the discomfort is from not enough water, it will for sure help alleviate the discomfort

Had a nightmare just before 6 am. I've been up for nearly an hour and can't seem to go back to sleep. The good news is I'm getting a haircut today!

Today is my last day home before works starts back up Taking the dog for a haircut, getting an oil change and washing the van, and dropping off a couple groceries at my parents house/turning on their AC since they get back from vacation tomorrow. Oh, and baking Amish friendship bread this afternoon, yum!!!

I fully intend to leave the house a few minutes early tomorrow and pick up starbucks. And also bring in some of the fresh baked friendship bread for me and my coworkers. I doubt much actual work will happen tomorrow, usually it's the morning of catching up on everyone's summer, getting any new staff situated, and then maybe a team meeting in the afternoon to get an idea as to where we're at for the following week

My 20 year (!!!) class reunion is this weekend. My (very small) hometown has a big (well, big for a small town) festival over Labor Day weekend each year and there are usually lots of class reunions over this weekend. I decided a long time ago that I wouldn't be going, but I'm starting to have FOMO about it. Still not going, but a tiny part of me wants to. However, I have classmates with kids in college so I don't feel like showing up super pregnant with my toddler in tow with no DH because he absolutely cannot leave town this weekend (or any weekend during football season).

Our president just told us we have off tomorrow, I'm also off all next week for "vacation!" I use quotes because we're sharing a beach house with 4 other families and their kids and I'll be 34 weeks huge. We committed back in December when I wasnt KU

I'm glad your husband is okay. I'm assuming he was driving, but now it sounds like maybe the car was parked? Anyway, hopefully it doesnt rain!

Guys, there's a coupon in my Redplum this week for Depends. If that's not a sign, I don't know what is.

CoachTsWife, I would not want to go to that reunion either. I'm also from a very small town and went to our 10 year reunion (6 years ago) and it was a total bust. I'm not sure I'll go to another one.

He was going to use a company truck today anyway, so he has that for now. He covered the sunroof with thick plastic that they usually use to cover carpet with, so hopefully it'll be fine until it can be repaired. What's crazy is about a year ago his car was struck by lightning while he was parked. He has the weirdest luck with cars.

chitownsully Jealous! Enjoy your you day tomorrow! rachydc I don't know why but I read your comment as if you were talking about Donald Trump giving you tomorrow off. Taitai Elevator button meltdown is totally something my toddler would do. No fun. I've been feeling crampy in the evenings too. And I drink tonnns of water. They occasionally feel regular/timeable and slightly painful, but definitely distinct from labor pain, and they always end up going away. I remember this happening last time but not until 37 weeks or so.

Welp, I'm off to the doc's again today because I'm still freakin' spotting. So, maybe some of this anxiety will abate then. In the meantime, I'm listening to Something Big on repeat because the bass and lyrics are keeping me grounded.

35 & 35 today! It's been a beautiful day, but DS seems to be a little under the weather. Not playing or eating, just cuddles and snuggles with mom (not complaining about that!). He's been napping for a couple hours now, so I'm hoping he just needed a good rest and is back to his playful self when we wakes up. Yesterday was a really hot/muggy day, so we headed to the splash pad/park for a couple hours since it looks like we're in the last few days of Summer weather here.
