Age: 32 (I always want to put 27 here for some reason. No idea why)
Height: 5'9
Weeks pregnant: 10w1d
Baby is the size of a: Petit Four
FTM/STM/TTM/etc: STM
Team: Hopefully finding out on 9/30, I booked one of those boutique ultrasound places that swear they guarantee 100% reliability after 14 weeks.
Appointments: 9/13, NT scan and bloodwork
Symptoms: Nausea, excess saliva (which makes the nausea worse)
Milestones:
Rants/Raves/Vents: I cannot wait to get out of the first trimester. I'm counting down the days.
GTKY: Fall or Summer? Fall for sure. I love summer and all the things to do but at this point I am definitely ready for fall. I can't wait to do all of the fall-y things and was already planning the menu for our Halloween Parade viewing party yesterday. I'm so sad I'm going to miss out on the boozy apple cider mimosas.

Team: Green
Appointments: Thyroid follow up on the 7th and midwife on the 13th.
Symptoms: Really sore boobs when I first wake up. Dizziness. Fatigue.
Milestones: None
Rants/Raves/Vents: my seasonal allergies have kicked in so my eyes are inflamed, my nose is running like a tap and I feel like I've been hit by a bus when I wake up.
GTKY: Fall or Summer? Summer for sure. We got 18+ feet of snow last winter so that explains that.

Age: 31 Height: 5'3 Weeks pregnant: 11 Baby is the size of a: lime FTM/STM/TTM/etc: STM Team: PINK!!!Appointments: Next appointment is 9/11 for our integrated screen. Symptoms: Still tired, but that is slowly easing up. Haven't had the nausea in a bit, either. Second tri, I'm coming for you! Milestones: Pants are getting a little tight! Rants/Raves/Vents: Waiting between appointments is still hard. I'll be on vacation next week so that will hopefully be a nice distraction. I think I will have a LOT more comfort about this pregnancy and my odds for m/c once she passes the Integrated screen at 12 weeks . GTKY: Fall or Summer? I think I like fall a bit better. Its so much more comfortable outside. Also I love cooking fall food and wearing flannel.

Rants/Raves/Vents: I feel sick this morning. Not very bad, but I know it's coming. It hit around 7 weeks last time and was SO BAD at 8 weeks until like, 15 weeks. I don't want to be sick again. I'm dreading it.

Weeks pregnant: 7wks5
Baby is the size of a: tiny chameleon baby
FTM/STM/TTM/etc: STM
Team: Green
Appointments: less than two weeks until our confirmation.
Symptoms: nausea, heartburn, food aversions, diarrhea
Milestones: unrelated milestone - DD slept past 630am today. It was glorious.
Rants/Raves/Vents: just tired of being sick and tired. Debating just telling everyone bc I hate the speculation and trying to hide how shitty I feel. I'd really really rather wait as long as possible though.
GTKY: Fall or Summer? BOTH. Summer might barely win bc I like that at the end of summer, you get fall instead of shitty winter. Winter's only redeeming quality is christmas and the possibility of snow days. I'm thinking about planning a mini-vacation in February bc I bring very pregnant in my least favorite time of year may kill me.

Wasn't going to play this week but I might as well:)
Age: 38
Height: 5'11"
Weeks pregnant: 9 + 1
Baby is the size of a: southern pecan
FTM/STM/TTM/etc: STM
Team: Finding out
Appointments: Repeat ultrasound on the 5th and hopefully repeat bloodwork sometime around then too. Hoping for a difinitive answer so I can get out of this limbo.
Symptoms: All day nausea, sore boobs
Milestones:
Rants/Raves/Vents: possible TW***
I think having to wait 2 weeks is actually good for me. It's given me time to wrap my head around both possible outcomes. If things don't turn out well then I'm pretty pissed at my body for not recognizing what's going on and for having to feel so sick every day. But I know it's nothing I can control and my body is just doing what's right for baby either way.
End TW***
GTKY: Fall or Summer? I love summer. Love it. But maybe as I get older I might be leaning more towards fall. I think when DD is a bit older I'll be back on the summer train though.

sammysam , I can't believe they are having you wait that long--such torture for you to go through. My team would be tracking me twice weekly at this point if I were in your situation. Do you think if you pushed for additional monitoring, you would get any more flexibility from your doc? I've been thinking about you.

calendula I think my doctor's reasoning is that giving it 2 weeks will give baby time to either show us it's ok or for us to see that there is obviously no growth. I had hcg levels done last week. I don't know what they are measuring at but I think they will only do a blood draw again if the us doesn't turn out well. Part of me wishes that they would be monitoring more frequently and part if me is glad for the extra time.
