CD 12 here. I go to the OB next week for testing. It's time to progress this party since doing this on our own isn't happening. I want to start with femara for a bit and see if we are lucky.

How was your vacation, westiemom? Glad to hear you're moving things along. I hate waiting - I am not a patient person! ***TW*** I got a BFP at home yesterday, and the blood test came back positive. I was super stressed all day waiting for it because I was thinking it would just come back negative again. I am starting to get excited and that makes me nervous - I am a long way from even hearing a heartbeat (3w5d). Basically, I am having all the feels, from crying to elation. Should make work fun today.

Congratulations DrHooch! westiemom do you have to go back to your Ob to get sent back to your RE? TW: possible pregnancy, loss AFM, I guess I'm not really here anymore although I'm not on PAIF either. My betas were positive but very low. Much lower than my miscarriage. They did double normally and I'm waiting for an ultrasound on Thursday (7w) but given my history, lack of symptoms and very low numbers, am not terribly optimistic.

nikiswims I'm keeping all things crossed for you. Keep us posted. I do have to get a referral to the RE thanks to insurance but we don't plan to go to the RE yet. We are going to try through the OB for awhile first. DH is super unsure about going to a RE again so who knows what will happen in the future.

My numbers dropped to 18 last week and I go again Thursday, so we'll see. We've already got half of a FET cycle saved up again so hopefully we'll be able to try by October/November.

@nikoswims define "very low." I've always heard it's the doubling and not the hcg number that matters. Normal hcg number can be a huge range from realllly low to reallly high. I've had very high hcg numbers that doubled perfectly in the past and that ended in loss. Fingers crossed for you!

mnj05 I have some meds that I never used from the FET we didn't end up doing. Estradiol, lupron, and PIO. I didn't know if you would be interested in it. Or anyone else that may need those things. They are just taking up space and H is bugging me to get rid of them.

nutmeg possibly the estradiol, I'll let you know but feel free to pass it on if someone else needs it sooner than me. Thank you for offering!
