I spent $80 at H&M for H & M. lol. They have dresses for $4.99. Like, that's the normal price for tank dresses. I got M 2 pairs of leggings, a long sleeved dress, 4 tank dresses, a long sleeve kitty shirt & Frozen ballaweema shoes. H got 2 t-shirts, 3 pairs of joggers and a zip up hoodie. If you spent $60 you got 20% off, so of course I had to load up. IFL H&M. All the stores around me closed so I always forget about it.

Hi all! I pretty much exclusively buy carters. I got 18 pieces for $85 during their back to school sale. Pretty much Os entire 12 mo wardrobe. I also like target's cat and jack. Baby gap is too pricey for me... $30 for baby jeans?! That's how much some of my jeans cost!

I'm also partial to Carters. I may or may not have 2 different orders waiting at my parents house for pick up next week. For O, I get the majority of clothes from Joe Fresh (Canadian). danib? vino? I assume JF is in your regions too?

Hi! I've been MIA this week. But shopping talk...
+1 on Carter's for most things. For J I just ordered 6 pairs of joggers for basically a school uniform since they fit him well and look so comfy.
I buy a lot of cat & jack - jeans were $6 and we are still firmly in the elastic waist band phase of life, so got j several pairs of those.
Also love Hanna Andersson super sales, Gap sales, and H&M.
I have a lot of hand me downs from my neice, so I need to do inventory to see what she needs for cool weather. I do have her Mary Jane black freshly picked moccs all ready though, they were a splurge/impulse buy, so she's going to wear them every.single.day. (I did get them on sale at least, but did check to see if I can return, but I can't, womp womp).

This is me too. Even for myself I have a hard time buying things full price. But baby stuff.. I think twice if it's over $5. I always think "if this was at Kohl's on the clearance rack with a 30% off coupon, I could get it for only this much." Right now I'm trying to figure out what a good price for socks is so I don't overpay and socks are like what $6? lol

How do you guys handle the "baby is wider than he/she is long"... AB should be 18month for width but those things are so long on him and he's average for height so.. I'm referring specifically to Carter's maybe there's a better brand for him waitwhat and sophiegrace I know you two at least can relate (?) and maybe have a suggestion Also PJs, I know they want them to fit snug for safety but like skin tight and it does not look even remotely comfortable and impossible to get on/off him

kleigh C was shaped like that as a baby. Super chubb with short legs. I didn't wear jeans (or anything stiff) on him for a LONG time because of it. He wore lots of sweat pants that fit more like leggings and I just rolled the bottoms when needed. PJs we used some 1 piece ones that were a looser make, but wore mostly 2 piece PJs. He started to "stretch out" after he turned 1 and it got a lot easier.

Yes, my whole wardrobe is either Kohl's, TJ maxx/Marshalls or Costco.

I have never put him in jeans. I just bought these for him recently: Luvable Friends I also gave up on the zip up PJs with C and just use 2 pieces from Old Navy right now. His poor thighs were squished in there with a zipper rubbing against them.

kleigh both my boys were large AND tall. But, they both have long torsos and short legs so I sort of have the same issue. I usually bought two pieces and rolled the pant legs (J is currently rocking this style right now). Or I like the one piece outfits from carters and again, roll the pant legs. Also, FYI. The pjs from carters are super snug but the 'sleep and plays' are looser throughout as they are intended for play as well as sleep. I just checked and they are under the one piece section of the carters website and not pjs.

I like osh kosh for overalls. And Costco has clothes..always a large Carter's selection, but mostly graphic stuff. We get all jammies there though. I get stuff for mh and I there too!

Thanks gals, I've been doing the rolling but I was hoping theees a better answer since the rolls come undone and the pants hang over his feet as he's trying to learn to walk

kleigh, I feel like the Target brand, Chicco or whatever, runs short and wide. I don't know about their pants, but definitely their onesies are like that. And we always buy kid PJs at Costco. I've also purchased clothing for myself there. Love it all.

kleigh I stopped buying Carters months ago because it just didn't fit well. I wait for babygap to run 50% off plus an additional 20% off and go HAM. Their pants and pjs just fit, wash, and wear so much better. But, for as deliciously chunky as her legs are she's also 95th percentile for height (how??) so even though I'm still rolling her pants and her PJs are a bit long in the leg and feet they don't fit *too* obnoxiously long. As for all the pj changes, she had multiple blowouts and then I must have closed my eyes when I put her last diaper on because so much pee everywhere. Gahh.
