So I ordered a backpack for O and and lunchbox for C that arrived today, along with a second box containing two large backpacks that I did not order. The second box was also addressed to me and inside it was an invoice for the items that I actually ordered, but not anything else. Would you just keep them? Contact the company and send them back? I'm thinking I will email them about it, but was curious what others would do.

I would email them. I've had this happen before and have had two scenarios...1. they just told me to keep them or 2. They sent a prepaid shipping label to send it back.

I would email. I have always been told to just keep it, but it was never very expensive items in my case.

Definitely email. Depending on the size of the company, they are likely to tell you to just keep them.
