What have you been craving? What makes you feel sick? How has food been treating you this 1st trimester?

I mentioned it in Randoms but I was craving buffalo wings (I don't even like buffalo sauce!). Ive also had chicken parm 2x this past week. No aversions yet but I expect them soon. Last pregnancy it was pop and the smell of coffee😷

I am pretty much having an aversion to everything due to my all day sickness. I did just get some meds from the OB so hopefully it helps. I am currently drinking a Coke slush which sounded good. BBQ chicken and potatoes also sound good now.

I have been craving soup and other salty things. Also, water with tons of ice and lemon wedges. Nothing tastes better right now than that water which is so weird.
The only aversion so far is broccoli which is normally a fav of mine. I don't have much of a sweet tooth right now wither which is really odd for me. However, that's a welcomed change!

+1 to being turned off everything. Diclectin makes me drowsy so I try not to take it. Life just sucks right now. I really can't stand Mexican food which is a favourite of mine and one of my only cravings last pregnancy lol.

I don't really have any cravings or aversions yet. I am trying to stay away from very acidic foods (no more o.j. 😢) but that is mostly because I immediately get really bad heartburn.

Whatever I crave one day is disgusting to me the next so that's fun. And the only food that I can stomach is basically drunk food (cheesesteaks, french fries, etc). The only reliable thing seems to be pasta and pizza. I'm going to gain eleventy billion pounds for sure.
The biggest aversion I have is the actual discussion or thought of food. Meal planning is my biggest nightmare because I literally get nauseous whenever I think of any food. This thread is actually probably not a great place for me to be haha.

I'm just.... not hungry. I'm also about 10lbs above my starting weight with DD so this is probably a good thing.

Omg the heartburn is insane with this one! It didn't start until like 15w w/ DD but I've already had to break out the tums to tame this heartburn!

I've been craving fruit nonstop. As for aversions, what was good yesterday is not necessarily so good today. I'm not a fan of cooking so when I do, I make a big batch so I have leftovers for lunch/dinner for a few days which has worked out wonderfully in the past. But now I look at the leftovers from yesterday and I don't want anything to do with them. A heaping bowl of Special K Red Berries with bananas cut up into it is my default when nothing sounds good or I'm too lazy to cook.

i mentioned this in the randoms thread, but i think i've moved out of the nothing sounds good phase and into the give me all the food phase. a cup of hot chocolate at night seems to be taking care of my sweet tooth - it's got to be better than a bowl of ice cream every night, right? we'll see how long i can stay strong!

I'm hungry all the time and really have to watch myself when it comes to the amount of food I eat. My cravings right now are hot wings ans raisin bran cereal (not together or at the same time).
My only aversion is eggs right now. Blah.

I was more queasy last week but it seems to be better this week. No cravings or aversions, but in general salad sounds disgusting (my usual lunch) and anything hot, salty and/or carby sounds good.
I also fill up easier--I feel pretty gross after a big meal.

I'm trying to finish the Whole30 I started before my BFP and I'm pretty much living on eggs and fruit. Current aversion: all meat. Anyone tried Whole30 and have snack ideas? Beef jerky is a hard pass.

twocupsofcoffee i am impressed with your ability to stick with that at this point! i have attempted it twice (not pregnant!) and only made it 14 and 19 days. i guess being knocked up takes care of the drinking temptation. +1 to lara bars, rx bars, plaintain chips and nuts. you could do cashew butter with apples or celery. i like it with bananas and coconut flakes with some cinnamon. kale chips are also good for salty, crunchy fix. i did also rely on dates for my sweet tooth, which i know is something you're supposed to avoid but meh. hardboiled eggs were always a go to for me too.

I am still having sporadic nausea which I am using preggie pop drops for mostly. They help a ton.
I have also turned some weird corner where I am ABSOLUTELY starving. Like painfully so. I am trying to keep healthy snacks around. I had nothing left in my lunch box last night on my way home from work and I ended up swinging through McDonald's for a mcgriddle. This is a bad habit which cannot continue!!

I didn't do a ton of variety but will definitely look for more recipes/snacks next time!

I'm in love with avocados. Specifically as homemade guac. And not with chips.. also orange juice, which is bad because my reflux is totally flaring up but I cannot get enough of it.
No aversions yet. I'm still super early... like just over 4w... but give me a couple of weeks...

No real cravings, but lots of aversions.
Pretty much everything is giving me heartburn lately. Even a cookie. A MFing cookie gave me heartburn. I had dreadful heartburn w/ DS, but only in 3rd tri.
And I usually only get 1 meal a day where I don't get nauseous a few bites in, so it's been a bit of struggle to get any food in me (same thing happened w/ DS). Good news is that breakfast and lunch both went horribly today, which means dinner should be a-ok!

had a 5 am random craving of dirt pie. you know chocolate pudding, oreos, and gummy worms. eww. what is wrong with me. i have been craving gummy bears in general though, not the sour ones.
