I have a small, sunny garden spot at the front corner of my house that's mostly full of weeds. I'd like to put some flowers in, preferably perennials so I don't have to fuss with them every year. I'm in New England, not near the coast. Any suggestions for something I can put in now or later in the fall? Bulbs? Thanks!

I have no idea when they go in, but you might know someone with a plant that needs splitting (that's how we got ours). Hostas are another low maintenance plant.
