Hey ladies, is anyone willing to take over this check in? I'm getting towards the end of the road here so I think it's time to pass the torch. It's a super easy check in to run. Let me know if any of you are willing.

I'm 38w3d today. All was good with baby at my appointment Friday but my cervix is still completely closed. Also my bp was a little elevated but not enough for my doc to be concerned (although I of course am concerned). I've been trying everything to try to get this girl to come out but so far nothing is happening. If there's no change by my appointment this Friday we'll start talking about induction because they don't want me going beyond 40 weeks. I'm really hoping to avoid that.

1. How far are you now? 38+4 2. Symptom check: I'm just done. I'm exhausted, I'm cranky, I can't sleep, and I have an ear infection so I'm on an anti-biotic. 3. What and when is your next appointment? Thursday for my 39 week appointment. 4. Anything you’d like to share with the group? I asked last time how long they'd let me go after my due date and they said 41+6. NO WAY. I'm hoping that things gets moving soon. My cervix was super soft and still just 1cm dilated last week but I'm hoping things are moving this week. Baby boy has been super active. Midwife was a little concerned about how far down baby is and may want an u/s this week she said.

1. How far are you now? 39+3 2. Symptom check: I'm going back'n'forth between being done and not wanting an outsidebaby just yet. But physically I'm just sorta done lol. I'm exhausted pretty much 24/7 atm as sleep goes in 1h increments, with bathroom breaks aplenty and needing to change position due to incredibly hip/SI joint pain that radiates all the way down to my ankle, plus pregsomnia. Fun times. At least I can nap in the afternoon hehe. My ankles and hands are still really swollen, which is painful and annoying. Carpal tunnel sucks ass too. My BP is slowly increasing, which concerns me a little, though luckily I've had no more splitting headaches (just a lingering one, but it comes and goes so prolly just is cause I'm exhausted) or real visual disturbances. May give them a call tomorrow anyway just to double check what BP is still okay for them. (I'm lingering 140/80-90 now so borderline I guess? Been 110/55-60 the rest of the pg). My bump feels like it's stretched as far as it can, and I'm a little worried about the diastasis recti, but well not much I can do about it now anyway so will just keep an eye on it once baby gets here! My skin in that area cracked a little but applying special lotion 4 times a day keeps it from itching/being painful. I'm sure I can think of more annoyances but lol y'all get it 3. What and when is your next appointment? OB appointment on the 18th.. which will be 40w+1d and I'm just so curious whether or not we'll make it to that appointment?? They will start talking inducing at 41wks but I honestly hope she's out before then! 4. Anything you’d like to share with the group? I just can't wrap my head around the fact that it is very well possible that we'll have a baby around within those next days, or max 2 weeks from now. So so weird. I don't do changes well so am a little apprehensive how I'll deal with everything BUT am so impatient and eager to meet our little one and to hold her in my arms (and see her in MHs arms) I sometimes feel I may burst with impatience!

cali, it is hard not to feel concerned when things are a little off even if our doctors are not. I'm the exact same way. I hope both our girls will make their appearance in time so we won't have to think about induction! king26 ugh sorry you are dealing with an ear infection, hope it clears soon!

king26, I feel exactly the same, I'm just done. I keep talking to this baby asking her to please come out. Lol muscari, I know what you mean about being scared of change. I started thinking this afternoon about how different our life will be when she arrives and I was getting panicked. It's weird to be so excited for something and also so scared. I hope your LO decides to come soon so you can avoid induction. Maybe our girls can share a bday ;-)

1. How far are you now? 31 weeks today! 2. Symptom check: nothing really that stands out. 3. What and when is your next appointment? next week for a regular check 4. Anything you’d like to share with the group? My work is restructuring our whole department and we are left with more questions than answers. So, that's been fun. Only 2-ish more months! I should decide when I want my last day to be. Also, I am kind of freaking out about daycare. I'm usually one to go with the flow and I am sure it will all work out but it would be nice to have a plan in place.

How far are you now? 7,6 Symptom check: Exhaustion/fatigue still. Also, arousal makes me spot/bleed, so that's be an unwanted adventure. :/ What and when is your next appointment? First OB, 8-24 Anything you’d like to share with the group? I'm just nervous. H and I fooled around a little bit this morning and when I got up to pee I was bleeding. This happened the last time I masturbated, too, a few weeks ago. It's already tapering off, but I'm so nervous anyway. Sigh. I should know better.

cali, Thanks for the check in! You are so close! Cross Posted: Sorry I have been MIA. MH and I went to Vegas for a little getaway. It was really nice. Expensive, but nice. I had an ultrasound last Monday and babies looked good. Tomorrow I will be 11 weeks. My stomach decided to pop out while on our trip and to me I am beginning to look pregnant. To others I am sure it looks like I have a beer belly going on. My stomach has always been flat my whole life. One thing I have always been very proud of. So I am having some weird feelings about the belly bulge and I gained 2 lbs which I was hoping I wouldn't gain anything in the first trimester. Sounds crazy to be concerned about weight and getting big at this point. I guess I didn't think I would care. Strange emotions I wasn't expecting I guess. My nausea is a million times better. I am able to now eat pretty much back to normal. One new thing though is I get super hungry about 5 pm and if I don't eat with in a small window of time I feels sick the rest of the night. So I have just been good about making sure I have snacks handy at work and eat a snack around 4:30 before driving home and then I eat dinner about 6:30. I have been getting the RLP. It woke me up last week, my stomach felt very tight and that was when the next day I noticed I had the belly sticking out. Other than that I have been doing good. I go for blood work tomorrow to do the chromosomal testing and then we have our NT ultrasound on the 31st. I will be happy to see the babies again. It is stressful going weeks with out seeing them. I then have an apt on Sept 5th with my normal OB. And then I think the next apt wont be until Oct 13th when we find out the sexes.

Rama First of all congratulations!!! Are you on any suppositories? Your cervix could just be irritated.

Rama First of all congratulations!!! Are you on any suppositories? Your cervix could just be irritated. Thank you! I am not on any suppositories, but I'm sure it was just an irritated cervix from the messing around. My poor husband.
