I have been really struggling with keeping myself full enough to not be nauseous all the time. I know I need to eat more frequently, or at least food that will sustain me for longer. I've never been a super healthy eater but I need some suggestions for things that won't having me going back for food every half and hour. I'm going back to work soon, and I wont have time to eat so frequently.
So what do you eat for snacks or meals that sustain you for longer amounts of time? Any suggestions?

I love ProMax protein bars. I almost use them as a meal replacement - they have a crapload of protein and don't taste like poop. Chocolate chip cookie dough is my fave.

Lately at work I keep crackers, apples and peanut butter for easy snacks that somewhat fill me up.

Since being diagnosed with GD I've had to eat every 2 hours and it's been so tough coming up with things that will sustain blood sugar levels. If I eat anything with sugar or carbs like fruit I make sure I pair it with protein and fat -1/2 cup cottage cheese with 1/4 cup of berries - cheese slices and low carb veggie crackers - Costco Kirkland brand protein bars -spinach smoothies - hard boiled eggs and cashews -celery and peanut butter -kind bars (the ones with 5g of sugar or less) - 1 cup of milk and 4 slices of turkey bacon - turkey bacon wrapped avocado slices

Greek yogurt is usually a go-to for me, along with apples, string cheese, carrots and celery with hummus, and wheat thin type crackers with cottage cheese.

I like the Luna protein bars. Noosa yogurt is so damn delicious. Cheese or peanut butter on crackers, hummus and veggies, bananas, nuts.

Apples, I ate pb crackers when pg with my DD (but she is allergic to pb so not anymore). Nuts or trail mix was good too.
