filingjointly I've given in to the bloat and already started pulling out old maternity clothes. I'm only a STM but the tummy is obviously there and I'm only just over 6 weeks. Yep. I'm in maternity leggings and a maternity tee today. My husband is dumbstruck. I make him feel like that a lot, actually.

Age: 33
Height: 5' 6"
Weeks pregnant: 5w 6d
Baby is the size of a: dot snail
FTM/STM/TTM/etc: STM - 2.5 yo DS
Team: probably finding out
Appointments: One on 8/18 with my GP for tests the OB I will be seeing wants me to get before I see them. Hopefully a US the following week. Then an OB appointment on 8/29
Symptoms: bloat, insomnia and exhaustion (mainly from the insomnia I think)
Milestones:
Rants/Raves/Vents: I didn't realize how hard it would be to find a doctor that will deliver at the hospital I want. The doctor that delivered my son just retired and the other maternity physician at her practice only have rights at a hospital that is too far from home. I. Had to call the hospital to get some names and then my doctor's receptionist had to call around to find out who was available.

whatsit I always think eating something will make the nausea better. Nope. It just makes it worse. Not sure why I repeat this same pattern every day hoping for a different outcome. Like I'm going to find some magical nausea stopping food combination. Obviously nausea just makes you insane. Yup. That's about it. Eat to make the nausea go away, eat too much and make myself miserable. Then it seems I'm hungry right away again. Last pregnancy I made a bunch of ginger snaps that I would snack on in between meals. That helped a bit but I don't have the energy - plus dnw to heat up my house with the oven going.

Where do you guys get these lego size references? DH would love that. The Ovia Pregnancy app. They have a few different themes for baby size. I like the 'weird but cute animals' one a lot!

Age: 34
Height: 5'3"
Weeks pregnant: 9w6d
Baby is the size of a: canapé
FTM/STM/TTM/etc: stm
Team: finding out
Appointments: 8/31
Symptoms: exhaustion, bloat, gas, mood swings, heightened sense of smell
Milestones: i guess baby is a fetus now?
Rants/Raves/Vents: finally figured out what screening we will have done. we technically don't have insurance until october, so we were trying to figure out if it would be cheaper paying out of pocket for the first 2 appointments or if it would be worth it to continue coverage through cobra (2 months = $3k😱 and that's not even with a deductible!) i figured an nt would be cheaper, but i guess when you don't have insurance Harmony offers a pretty deep discount so i guess that's what we'll do. i am all about finding out, but i think we're going to wait until a/s to find out sex. or not. i dunno.
also patiently waiting to be out of first tri. exhaustion is really doing me in. also i feel like hulk with these mood swings - my poor h!

alwayscheese Yeah. Reference for bump pics. If people don't want it I can get rid of it. I was just trying to add everything that normally gets included in bump pics and ticker changes together.

mrsmonogrammed , Happy Belated Birthday!! alwayscheese , I wonder about the height as well, but I guess for the pictures to? Age: 37Weeks pregnant: 7w6dBaby is the size of a: Blueberry maybe?FTM/STM/TTM/etc: 3rdTeam: Finding outAppointments: Mat21 and ultrasound on 8/31Symptoms: Not awful. Mostly a low lying crappy feeling. I'm pretty worn out by the evenings. I need to constantly be eating or the nausea comes on. It is pretzels, crackers, english muffins at a constant place throughout the day. I'm going to gain a million pounds this pregnancy I know it.Milestones: It's been a month since I got my BFP, so that feels like something.Rants/Raves/Vents I still haven't seen or heard what's going on in there so I'm super anxious.ETA: Spelling is hard.

I don't care at all! Just seemed irrelevant, but I can see once we're doing pictures it'll make more sense

I don't care at all! Just seemed irrelevant, but I can see once we're doing pictures it'll make more sense For sure will notice the difference when people start posting pics. We had a few on my last bmb that were around 6feet and it took a longer time for them to "pop". In that same regard - being plus sized, my bump didn't really start showing until 20-25 weeks last time (maybe longer).

Hi!
Age: 32
Weeks pregnant: 7w today
Baby is the size of a: Raspberry
FTM/STM/TTM/etc: STM (plus MMC in first pregnancy)
Team: Finding out (we were green last time, just want to compare experiences!)
Appointments: Confirmation U/S on 8/22. We have to wait so long bc MH is out of time for business. Boooooo.
Symptoms: Fatigue, food aversion, nausea, frequent peeing, backache, skin breaking out, some fleeting rib/breast pain.
Milestones: MMC in my first pregnancy was between 8-9 weeks, which will be which our U/S is.
Rants/Raves/Vents: I feel like I'm starting to show, too, but it is likely just because I'm so out of shape! I haven't taken any early pregnancy "before the bump" pictures yet and I think I'm avoiding it because I'm unhappy with my abdominal situation. I want a VBAC, so I know I'm going to have to get my ass in gear soon!
