Age: 31
Height: 5'3
Weeks pregnant: 8
Baby is the size of a: raspberry
FTM/STM/TTM/etc: STM
Team: GIRL
Appointments: I had a phone appointment with a nurse at my new OB practice yesterday. It wasn't pleasant, honestly. Even though I had my records forwarded over from my RE last week, this nurse didn't have them, so we had to review my entire history in painstaking detail. What she brightly said at the beginning would be a 15 min call took over 45 minutes and I had to go through every loss, every failed cycle, every everything. It was miserable. I hope the transition from here on out goes a lot more smoothly. My first OB appointment is a week from today.
Symptoms: Extreme fatigue seems to have let up a bit (although I still go to bed around 9-9:30) but I am way more queasy all the time. I've got Cheerios and ginger tea, and I'm trying not to stress about the extra calories.
Milestones: every day is a milestone. Sometimes I still can't believe I'm here. MH said the other day "I love her already" and I just cried and cried. Someone pinch me!

cornpop, he doesn't have the same anxiety that I do and its been SO nice. He buoys me along sammysam, thank you! I would have been so happy for DS to have a brother, but a little girl is going to be a whole new adventure. Its nice to know so early--one tiny little perk of this whole thing

cornpop That's exactly what mine looks like right now too! Even if it's bloat it was definitely not there at the beginning of July! calendula I was positive DD was going to be a boy...I always pictured myself with boys but once I had DD I couldn’t imagine it any other way. You'll love team pink. Totally different than boys but so lovely. I have an older brother and we were always close growing up.

smilesp I fell right on my stomach and broke my ankle and shoulder at work when I was 6 months pregnant. I didn't call SO because I didn't want to bother him at work. I totally get when work is unavoidable. I'm sure having your mom with you will be just as good:)

Baby is the size of a: dot snail
FTM/STM/TTM/etc: Third Time Mom
Team: Finding Out
Appointments: First scan Monday at 6w3d! Hoping I'll see the heartbeat. Still having betas drawn and my doubling time is more like 24 hours than 48.
Symptoms: SUPER NAUSEATED. Weight loss. Headaches. Fatigue. All the normal first tri stuff.
Milestones: I passed my loss date (really early loss). So that was awesome.
Rants/Raves/Vents: I look 4 months pregnant. Like seriously pregnant. Like people have asked when I'm due. I'm starting a new job on the 21st and was planning on keeping this under wraps for a bit but.... I guess I shouldn't be surprised, this is my 4th pregnancy in 4 years.
Also, progesterone suppositories and a cough do not mix.

Hi! I've hesitated to post here because I feel stupid for not knowing my due date but I'll play as best I can.
Age: 29
Height: 5'5
Weeks pregnant: Ummmm, probably between 5 and 6??
Baby is the size of a:some sort of seed I would imagine
FTM/STM/TTM/etc: Third time mom. 2 DDs. 4 1/2 and almost 3.
Team: Nosy (we like to know all the things)
Appointments: August 28th for first appt.
Symptoms: I'm so effing tired. I've also had a few bouts of nausea here and there. Apparently raw meat does that to me now. Sore boobs.
Milestones:
Rants/Raves/Vents: I start work tomorrow. I'm a teacher and our inservice days are starting. I'm so tired that I'm afraid I'm going to fall asleep in the stupid ass meetings we always have at the beginning of the school year.

calendula I am sorry for the crappy intake call!! Hopefully this was just one unfortunate thing and the office will be much better the rest of the time. Congrats on team pink!! Your husband is so so sweet! woodenshoes congratulations on passing your milestones!! Such a good feeling mirabelle yikes! I am glad he gave you antibiotics!! It's kind of too late for the cranberry pills once you already have it!

smilesp I hope your DH is able to go with you! I didn't think DH would be able to come tomorrow and I felt the same way... It's not that big of a deal but then what if it turns into one? I was going to ask my mom to come too. Rama husbands are wonderful. DH has been surprisingly good with my episodes of puking. I am thankful for that filingjointly literally cringing because I can imagine exactly what that must be like.

whatsit I always think eating something will make the nausea better. Nope. It just makes it worse. Not sure why I repeat this same pattern every day hoping for a different outcome. Like I'm going to find some magical nausea stopping food combination. Obviously nausea just makes you insane.
