I liked when thelittleredm did the 10 things the other week but I only have 5 this morning. 1. I'm having a bad hair day. Which says a lot because I don't "do" hair. 2. The toddler is toddling this morning. He's on thin ice. 3. Ds went from 3 month to 9 month clothes. I only have a handful of 6 month stuff and I'm not a fan of most of it for dd. I see some shopping in my future. 4. I'm walking to the library today. Maybe it will help ds chill. 5. Sleep was mariginally better. I am aboard the sleep training train but I know this weekend will ruin it. We're going to the shore and it will be a full house with the inlaws, cousins, aunts and uncles so I can't let her fuss at 1am. Sighs.

1. My H wants to change daycares. I am not supportive of that nonsense. 2. I am so tired. Everyday. Always. I just can't even. 3. My lunch buddy is sick today and I didn't pack lunch. 4. Last night, my big girl told me "Mommy, you're not nice." 5. So, there's all that.

1. I'm a bad j17er. Life has been crazy and I'm tired. 2. My toddler crossed into the terrible 2's this week. She isn't listening or sharing with her brother, refusing to eat at all meals, refusing to nap, and waking up a full 2 hours before she used to. She is also super rough with her brother and it stresses me out. 3. R cut his first tooth this week and his behavior reflects it. He is so so fussy and also has developed a rash on his back and thighs. 4. R is also completely pulling up on everything and starting to cruise on the furniture. I'm so not ready, especially since he has been hitting his head approximately 8000 times a day. 5. My has been working so much lately, the pay is nice but I need some me time stat. Also his truck is acting up and he can't fix it until his next day off so he's been taking my van to work. So I am stuck at home every day from 5 pm on. I'm going crazy. Even if I don't always go anywhere knowing that I can't makes it hard.

1. I'm nervous about the pediatrician appointment tomorrow, I have no idea what to expect but we are really struggling so I hope there's help. 2. The baby can now stand for a bit unassisted, going back and forth between proud and freaked out. 3. I've had to take a hard line with a family member and they changed their phone number to get around my phone block yesterday so I'm still processing that. 4. My husband and I are going on a date this weekend and I'm so excited! 5. I think R has finally popped through all the teeth she was getting, she's already up to 6.

meeggaannw, I'm glad to know my kid isn't the only crazy baby trying to take off running. judyblume14, I hear you on the tiredness, I feel like once one kid is finally settled the other one gets up early, no sleep for anyone. Lakes, we went to the Carters outlet on vacation and got R a whole bunch of basics and she was already in 12 months, it's so hard to keep up with. It's crazy when you realize they totally just skipped a size.

1. I'm having some issues with M's new daycare and it's pushing my anxiety through the roof. 2. Trying to reign in my crazy mom and present my concerns calmly is not my strong suit. 3. I can't really think about anything else including work. Which means I'm sending my kids to daycare so I can be at work and spend all day worrying about them. 4. I've been up since 4 because of M's effing cold. That's not helping my rational thinking. 5. DS is doing great at the new daycare so I'n relieved to not be worrying about his transition at least.

1. Due to massive flooding in my area my work has been bonkers and I hate it there. 2. I am a bad cat mom, he always want to get petted and I am just so touched out. 3. I feel chubby and depressed but my coping mechanism is to eat.... 4. My house is cluttered but I am so worn out from work I don't have the energy to care. 5. My child hates sleeping and I may die.

2. I am a bad cat mom, he always want to get petted and I am just so touched out. YES! Mine has been retaliating by peeing in our closet. On our shoes. I discovered this at 9:30 last night. The cat is lucky to be alive.

carrots it is so bad, he now plants himself between Q and myself when Q is on the playmat. He then proceeds to rub his head against Q practically begging to be pet, and poor Q is just not interested. I have been trying to be better about after Q goes to bed giving my cat all the attention, but I still feel bad.

Haha ambiguousmango we have an opposite situation. M is obsessed with the cats! The second one walks in the room she starts laughing and crawling toward it. They want nothing to do with her and only want my constant love and affection. They were our first pets and have definitely gotten pushed down the affection totem pole as we added a dog and two kids.

An update to my original 5 things: daycare has successfully resolved my issues and I'm feeling much more comfortable. We were having some miscommunication about the importance of M's schedule but I think it's worked out.

1. My head is throbbing. But my manager brought in a pot of his green chile posole and the heat should clear everything up...including my taste buds. 2. I've been so exhausted. I got more sleep than I have in a long time this past weekend but I feel like I got nothing, now. 3. It's why I've been so inactive. I get on here and then feel like I'm too tired to focus on anything anyone is saying. 4. Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz 5. I have nothing else.

meeggaannw, definitely not ready for pulling up! This caboose hopes I have lots of time left, but in reality knows I don't. neekoneeko, I'm sorry, I'm awful but I haven't read about why you're struggling? Also, creepy about a family member who changed a number to get around a phone block. carrots, I'm sorry there's issues with the new daycare. I know how much you were looking forward to this one. What are the problems? ambiguousmango, I have a cat like that too. I feel so bad. The others seem to want pets at appropriate times, but one is just always at the wrong time.

We are just having a hard time with DD1s behavior, she's extremely loving and nice little girl but she struggles with her hyperactivity and is extremely hard to control. She seems to have gone over the edge recently and we just want to to touch base with her doctor. He already recommended having her tested for ADD/ADHD before she heads off to preschool.

Oh my, I'm so sorry you're going through that. *hugs* what have you tried to do for her? We've been trying to do more with her diet currently, trying to make sure she isn't eating too much sugar and food dyes. We have her using her body as much as possible during the day so that she is burning off her extra energy. I also try and take her to activities that have structure but offer times to be silly so that she can get used to it. It's hard since she's so young and maybe what the doctor will do is just tell me more skills with how to help all of us. I feel bad for her because you can tell she wants to calm herself but it's like her body won't let her.
