Goals: Gym 4x plus weekend cardio. I need to stock my fridge with some healthy snacks too for evenings. Maybe I should make another round of energy bites.
Lows of last week: I took a whole bunch of rest days in a row for a migraine. Damn migraines.
Highs of last week: Gym 4x and my cravings are really dying down.
GTKY - What's your favourite work out song(s)?: I love to work out to Me Too by Meghan Trainor. Any of her stuff, it's just upbeat!

Goals: I'm really focusing on healthy eating and no snacking for the next couple of weeks. I have kind of mapped out a diet plan to stick to, or else I sneak in too many treats here and there.
Lows: I drake a lot of wine on Saturday and ate too much cake throughout the week. I also quit my 30 day challenge at day 17 because it was too time consuming and I couldn't keep up as well as doing my normal workouts.
Highs: Calorie count was pretty good most days. Got in some good workouts and tracked them with my HRM to make sure I was burning a lot!
GTKY Song: Work Bitch!! By Britney. Also Run The World (Girls) by Beyoncé and Lose Yourself by Eminem and Right above it by Drake/Lil Wayne.

Goals : keeps sweets in check and lift some weights!
Highs: I've been very disciplined the past few days and have lost 1.5 pounds . I know it doesn't seem like much but it puts me in the next 10s unit for pounds so yay
Lows: I'm hungry. I hate being hungry.. But it'll pass in a few days once me body gets used to not eating junk all day long
Workout music: Eminem has been doing it for me!

Goals: To do some sort of exercise this week.
Lows of last week - no exercise and drank more than i should have.
I ran 2 miles on Tuesday 1st week and re-hurt my neck/shoulder so i stopped exercising to give my body more time to heal. I am just starting to not hurt so I am slowly getting back to it this week. IF i wasn't up half the night i would have been at the gym this morning.
I listen to pop for cardio on amazon - some good songs on there - Fireball by Pitbull, Hand clap by Fitz & The Tantrums, Sing by Ed Sheeran, Zero by Chris Brown and On my Own by Miley Cyrus.
I basically need to get my butt back in gear. I do plan on starting the fitgirls guide all over on 8/21 - 28 day jump start here i come.
