Hope you don't mind I start this!
Welcome to the IUI/TI check in! This check-in is for anyone who is doing IUI, medicated TI, or natural/break cycles between treatments or during testing.
1) Where are you in the IUI or TI process? (2WW, meds, break, etc.)
2) Which IUI or TI cycle are you on?
3) (If you're in the 2WW) When is your test/beta day?
Everyone else: please update us on your current cycle!

Today I had a monitoring ultrasound (CD10)
After 5 days of 5mg Femara:
The good news is the cyst hasn't grown. Bad news is it hasn't shrunk either.
The other news is my follicles haven't really gone either so I go back on Friday for another check. If they're still not growing on Friday then will probably do more medicine.
Also my lining is really thin which I expected.

fatpony Didn't see this thread before I posted! Did they have anything more to say about the spotting? Glad the cyst hasn't grown though.

I'm currently waiting for CD1. If this ends up being one of my longer cycles, then the timing will work out for us to try again in August. Either way, I'll be getting a new HSG done.

Scan yesterday showed one mature follicle (16mm) and my lining was just under 7. I'm triggering tonight and IUI on Monday. I did acupuncture yesterday afternoon and am going back directly after the IUI. I'm also taking lots of pomegranate supplements and drinking pom juice to try and thicken my lining up.

Hi! I'm new here.
Had my first monitoring ultrasound today (CD10) after 150mg Clomid 3-7. 4 follicles on right side measuring 11.5-13mm and nothing sizeable on the left. Going back Thursday for a follow-up.

Hi guys - long term lurker and sometimes poster at tcf. Made my way over here, hope it's cool if I hang out with y'all. Had a monitoring ultrasound today (cd12)after clomid days 3-7 and had 11 on one side and 12 on the other. Going back Friday to check on them again. Feeling pretty disappointed/anxious ($$$ to have another ultrasound)and just hoping for the best.

It went well. Only 3.3 million post wash, which google tells me is severe low sperm count. I should just stay away from Google.

Stay away from the internet. ***TW*** We did 3 IUIs, first was 2 mil (which I'm POSITIVE H screwed up by himself 😠), second was 9 mil or something, and our third and *successful* IUI was 3 mil.
Motility was good each time so they were never concerned. I have everything crossed for you!!

I know I am a slow grower but was still disappointed today. One got to 15 the other stopped growing. The dr still is content with the 15 so I will go back Tuesday for another check. I'm am grateful this folly keeps growing but stressed about having to ask off work to get it checked again (and paying for another scan). Congrats caligirl on your growth!

Hi all! I'm new and just intro'd on the Infertility board, but I wanted to jump in here as well!
I'll be restarting treatment in the next few weeks. I've been on norethindrone for the past few months to keep my endo under control, so we can start our next cycle as soon as we get the green light from the RE. We meet with her next week, and I assume we will start with the same protocol as our last cycle (7.5mg letrozole, trigger shot, and IUI).
Good luck in your current cycles, and I look forward to getting to know you!

FX for you fatpony! Welcome caligirl! FX for you too! Welcome wilmaroo! Are you submitting the US to your insurance or paying cash? My RE (1.5 hours away) has a deal with a local US place to charge their cash price, so I pay $176/US. Maybe you could find a cheaper price paying cash and/or doing them at a different place (if your RE will allow that)? I'm a slow (non?) grower with Femara. We had to cancel 3 cycles because I didn't even respond with Femara 7.5 plus Dexamethasone 0.5mg daily. jacks So glad you got your HSG done. How did it go? Welcome wisco. Good luck! Hi guys. Sorry I've been MIA! We moved a couple of weeks ago, didn't have internet, and we were running really low on our data plan. Our cell data plan just started over, and we are supposed to get internet on 9/11. **TW Loss and Pet Loss** I'm 1/3 of the way through my bench time, so that is nice. The days have been getting easier since my MC. 2 weeks ago tomorrow we lost our yellow lab, and that was really hard. A MC and losing our dog within a month has been awful. **End TW** I need to call my the RE and find out if I still need to have that SIS done before we start treatments again. I will also finish BCP 2 weeks before our 3 month bench time is up. I am wondering if we could go ahead and start treatments then because it would take about 14-ish days until conception could happen, which would be at the 3 month mark. It's up to the RE though.

**TW: Pet and Child Loss** orangehibiscus, my heart goes out to you. So very sorry for your losses. We lost our chocolate lab just days before we lost out daughter. He was 15 and had been our best bud our entire relationship. It was SO hard not to have his comforting presence during the grief process. I hope your time on the bench goes fast! My RE was accommodating about slightly modifying my bench time to correspond to my cycle so I wouldn't have to wait another cycle to start treatment. Good luck!

Hi everyone! I just wandered over from TCF, had been posting a bit there but had taken a break for a few months to try to keep my mind off TTTC (yeah, right).
I'm waiting on CD 1 to hurry up...I feel like progesterone makes it take so long, I'm at 17 DPO and no sign. This was our last TI cycle and we're moving on to IUI next cycle. I'm a bit bummed we have to, but hopeful it work.
Sorry about your fur babies. We lost our 8 year old Golden in June to cancer and it still hurts.

I'm new too and just restartng IUIs. I hope your CD1 gets here soon! Like today. What are you using for ovulation induction? Sorry about your pup. Any thoughts of a puppy? I know we can't replace the ones we lost, but I can't imagine not having a dog, ya know?

Hi everyone 👋🏻 I went to check on my 15 mm follie today but when I went in it was gone. The dr said it was possible that I ovulated but they couldn't tell for sure. All my opks have been negative ( using clear blue advanced). Confused but hoping for the best, will have all the sex and see what happens.

The original plan was clomid only, but I am a slow responder apparently, so my RE added Gonal-f and then Ovidrel to trigger. We actually have a Miniature Schnauzer as well, so we don't not have any dog around. We'll probably look into getting something else in the late fall. I've warned DH I don't want a puppy and a baby at the same time so we don't want to wait too long. SaveSave

wilmaroo, FX that you ovulated! OPKS are always hit or miss for me...which is frustrating...especially when using the spendy ones.

FX for you wilmaroo... i've never had good luck with OPKs either so hopefully those negatives mean nothing! welcome ap21ril, i'm new around here too. i'm just hanging out in the TWW... thinking 5DPO but this is my first time triggering so not positive... guessing i'll probably try to wait the full two weeks to avoid a false positive from the trigger - i've heard it can stay awhile.
