How far along? 38 weeks today. RCS next Wednesday 8/16.
How are you feeling about having outside baby(ies) soon? Very excited! Only slightly nervous. I'm excited for her to join our family.
How is your body holding up? Meah....barely. I'm keeping my eye on the finish line, I am having to take more breaks and rest even more than I was just a few weeks ago. Baby is so super low & big (I think!) and I feel every bit of it.
QOTW- what are some things you will miss about this pregnancy? Something I realized after my second was born- it is very weird having the baby on the outside and not attached to you 24/7, it's a strange feeling. A feeling that the baby is not longer constantly safe and with mom is an adjustment. I remember the first time I left the house for a quick errand after DS2 was born and for the first time in 11+ months I was completely alone. I'll miss feeling all of her movements but I feel like I enjoy each stage of my kids' lives more than the last so I'm hoping that helps carry my through the adjustment of having an outside baby.

How far along? 38 weeks today! RCS is tomorrow morning =D
How are you feeling about having outside baby(ies) soon? Feeling pretty good. Just hoping that all goes well tomorrow for me and the babies. I'm hoping that Idris does well this week and isn't too upset while I'm in the hospital.
How is your body holding up? My body is very much done but I feel really good that I made it to 38 weeks. Hoping the recovery isn't too bad and the babies will take to breastfeeding easier than DS did.
QOTW- what are some things you will miss about this pregnancy? I think I'll miss the regular ultrasound appointments seeing the babies grow the most.

How far along? 38 weeks How are you feeling about having outside baby(ies) soon? Nervous. I want my body back, but inside baby is so much easier to care for. How is your body holding up? I was sent tonL&D today after my doctor's appointment. My blood pressure was up, 132/98, and people in the office thought I looked pale/off. I was pulled from work. My blood pressure and blood work read great at L&D, so I was discharged after a couple hours. I have an appointment on Friday and Monday to monitor. QOTW- what are some things you will miss about this pregnancy? This was a lot harder than my last, but I have enjoy her moving so much. But, if she's this active as an outside baby then I won't be happy.

How far along? 37w5d.
How do I feel about outside babies? Can't wait. I know they're louder when they're out, but you can set them down and other people can help care for them.
How is your body holding up? I've been having fairly consistent contractions since 8:00 last night. A few felt like they might be doing something, but it hasn't escalated yet. Usually this fizzles out overnight and I feel nothing by morning, but this time it kept me up all night and I'm still having uncomfortable contractions. I just wish my uterus would make up its mind already. Also, no sleep sucks.
Some things I'll miss - nothing really. I knew going in this would be my last, and based on how hard this one was I'm happy to be done making people.

How far along? 37+6 How are you feeling about having outside baby(ies) soon? I'm so ready. DH said last night he's really scared and nervous. I told him I'm nervous too but at this point, I'm ready for baby to be here. How is your body holding up? It's hit or miss. Some days I'm swollen beyond belief and everything hurts, other days I feel ok. I gained 5 pounds this past week which pisses me off because I've been doing so well otherwise. QOTW- what are some things you will miss about this pregnancy? I'll miss feeling him move inside of me. It's comforting. Good luck today happyfeet9,

How far along? 39 weeks
How are you feeling about having outside baby(ies) soon? The reality hit me hard yesterday after my doctor's appt when they told me I'm 3cm dilated and 70% effaced. I know I could still go late, but I freaked and had my parents come out last night rather than wait til Saturday. So now that they're here, baby girl can come any time now 😆
How is your body holding up? As long as I don't over-exert myself I'm fine. I decided that this Friday will be my last day of work (assuming she doesn't come before then) because it's definitely getting harder and harder to function effectively there.
QOTW- what are some things you will miss about this pregnancy? Feeling the baby move/kick, and being able to park in special parking spots at certain stores lol.

I seriously don't know how you mamas with 1+ kids already are keeping on- I would be a bigger mess than I am now if I had another kid or two to take care of while pregnant. Props, ladies!!
I know some babies will be born this week so this is some of your last check-ins!
How far along? 38+3
How are you feeling about having outside baby(ies) soon? I'm so excited and so nervous. Can't wait to cuddle him. See what he looks like. Kiss his little face and fingers and toes! But... What if baby hates me? What if BFing goes terribly and I can't handle it? What if I get ppd/a? What if my and DHs relationship falls apart bc he works 80h/wk and I grow to resent him not being around much? 😳
How is your body holding up? It's... alive. My left ankle/foot is so swollen, more than my right, but my right hip hurts so much I can't lay that way to help the fluid. I just lay on the couch with my feet up trying to move the fluid and with a heating pad on my right hip. My hands are swollen just enough to make it uncomfortable but not very obvious so I just gave up wearing my rings.
QOTW- what are some things you will miss about this pregnancy? His kicks! Feeling him move has been such an awesome experience. Even if sometimes it hurts when he's digging into my ribs or head butting my cervix or bladder. I'm going to miss it a lot. Esp bc I genuinely think I might be one and done. And superficially, people keep telling me how pregnancy suits me and how I have a glow and look great. Which is nice to hear when you feel like a cow, and even though I'm full convinced it's my makeup 😂 It's still nice to hear!

How are you feeling about having outside baby soon? I can't wait!! I remember with my DS1 that as soon as he slid out, it was such a huge relief that I could see him and have a little more control over how he was doing. The lack of control and knowledge in pregnancy is so hard. On a more positive note, I can't wait to see how DH is with him and how DS1 reacts.
How is your body holding up? Okay. Belly felt very sore and stretched last night and the heartburn is bugging me. I thought about getting a pedicure, but I have swollen ogre feet right now so I think I'll wait. My test results for possible cholestasis of the liver have appeared to come back normal or borderline, so that makes me feel much better, although I worry about my levels shooting up before my induction next Tuesday.
QOTW- what are some things you will miss about this pregnancy
Just feeling his movements.
