How far along are you? 28w3d today
Any concerns? How are you feeling? Overall, I'm feeling pretty good. TMI warning: I've had some diarrhea over the weekend that I'll be talking to my OB about, but I read it can be common in 3rd tri.
What kind of appointment? 1hr glucose test this morning and 28w appt on Wednesday
I'll come back and edit on Wednesday after my appointment.
How did it go? It went okay. Sequel was being stubborn and not letting the NP find his HB even though he was moving
Any feels/vents/etc? I can't believe I'm 3rd tri already
Learn anything new? Passed the glucose test but my iron was a bit low so I'm taking iron supplements again (I did with DD)
Next appointment: 9/6 @ 32w5d

codex320 thanks! I'm not super concerned about passing since I wasn't in danger of failing with DD. Thankfully the orange was cold and I was able to down it in a couple minutes.

Any concerns? How are you feeling? Feeling good! I'd love if baby would stop jabbing body parts into my rib cage though. 4 more weeks of summer break and then back to work for a month before baby comes!
What kind of appointment? Regular midwife appointment on Thursday morning. My midwife is on vacation for August so we'll actually end up seeing someone else

What kind of appointment? I have an u/s first to check on baby's size (planned from the beginning bc in hypothyroid and had a 9lb baby last time. I think they'll be every 4 weeks from here on out.) Then a regular OB appt.

Any concerns? How are you feeling? Heartburn and constipation can both kiss my ass but other than that, ok.
What kind of appointment? Regular OB.
How did it go? Fine. My BP is still pretty low (111/66) but no one seems concerned. It's better than the alternative.
Any feels/vents/etc? The doctor today tried to tell me I need to do weekly BPPs or twice weekly NSTs after 36 weeks because of my age. Until I reminded her I'm delivering at 37 weeks so there would only be one week of that anyway. . . Also she said I'm healthier than most of the women half my age that come in there anyway. So that's nice!
Learn anything new? Baby girl seems to be turned backwards again which is maybe why she's being so quiet lately. Doesn't she know that makes me worry??
Next appointment: 2 weeks - OB and growth ultrasound

Any concerns? How are you feeling? I had a UTI about a week ago so just want to confirm that the antibiotics took care of that. Also anxious to see what she thinks of my most recent cardiologist appointment and what this will mean for delivery.

Any concerns? How are you feeling? No concerns, feeling sore, but otherwise fine.
What kind of appointment? Reg midwife
How did it go? Good, nothing exciting.
Any feels/vents/etc?
Learn anything new? Midwife thinks baby is really long, hopefully that doesn't mean super big too! Hoping for under 8.6 (dds birth weight)

I lost 4 pounds from my appointment 2 weeks ago, so they're scheduling me for a growth scan  Any feels/vents/etc? Just feeling like I'm not getting my baby what she needs. Guilt, man. Learn anything new? That i need to start snacking throughout the day, which I dislike. I eat when I'm hungry, I'm just not hungry a lot. Next appointment: 25th for OB appt and growth scan. |

racegurl87 did they tell you you were anemic? Or just slightly low? I found out Friday I'm anemic and also have to take iron supplements. I'm wondering how long before I'll notice a difference since this is probably what's been causing my exhaustion.

When I had my fetal echo in J...une, baby measured 35% (which tech said was normal, the range was huge). Today doc said she's not super worried, if baby had measured at like 90% or something, then we wouldn't have me in for a scan. However, she did not. So Growth Scan for me. |

It was below the threshold listed and it was around the same when I was pregnant with DD. This time it was around 11.something. They didn't say I was anemic but based on my last pregnancy I knew it would be recommended. |

Your baby is getting everything she needs!! Maybe you aren't 😉 Kidding. I'm sure you're doing fine. Don't stress about it and don't eat when you're not actually hungry; you'll just end up making yourself sick! Could you are in some good higher fat foods? Avocado, almonds, peanut butter, etc? |

cythe - I wouldn't worry too much as your fundal height looks good! Glucose test went fine - all clear! Scan to check on the kidney was also fine. It's getting bigger proportionally (which is okay since baby is getting bigger). Doctor was very reassuring that it's not going to be a long term issue. She just needs to be born and have it watched or fixed. It is not affecting my amniotic fluid and the kidney tissue also looks fine so something is just causing the kidneys to hold on to more liquid than usual. We will get scanned again at 30 weeks.

What kind of appointment? Weekly NST/BPP
How did it go? Fine. Everything looks good. The US tech broke out the 3D wand, so that was cool.
Any feels/vents/etc? Lots of feelings and stress, but unrelated to baby. Cannot wait for these house sales to be complete.
Learn anything new? Not really
Next Appointment: Next Thursday. Regular OB appointment and weekly NST/BPP

How did it go? Great! Baby was good size for almost 29 weeks at 2lbs 14oz and in the 49%. We got some new pics of her, including a 4D, which isn't the greatest when you have your placenta blanketing your baby's face, but whatev--still cute Then met with OB to hear heartbeat, get TDAP, and a script for a breast pump. Any feels/vents/etc? Just happy to see LO again and see all is going well in the land of my ute. Learn anything new? Baby is head down/sunny side up. My arm isn't sore yet from TDAP...maybe it will be tomorrow? Next appointment: 8/25 |

See my normal BP is about that too, so I luckily don't get lightheaded or dizzy too often. Just if I get up REALLY fast. Better than high! |

I had to give a urine sample for more pre-e testing today, and its getting harder and harder to maneuver around the bump to hold the cup.

Feeling decent, I guess. Hip/pelvis pain has hit big time, I don't hear any clicking or cracking noises so I don't think it is SPD or if it is it's a mild form I guess. Still sucks though.
What kind of appointment?
Regular OB! Finally a quick, easy appt!
How did it go?
Good. BP good, UA good, baby head down with HR of 150.
Any feels/vents/etc?
I scheduled all appointments through 41 weeks....!! Eek!
Learn anything new?
Not at the OB, but I went for a bagel at Panera afterwords and learned they don't carry the hazelnut cream cheese anymore... that bummed me out.
