Happy Monday morning.
I wanna know specifically what you put in your coffee. Powder creamer? Sugar? Organic grass fed whole milk? Bulletproof? Moonshine? Spill!

I'm at a crossroads.
I used to do the crappy chemical laden store bought liquid creamers in different flavors. So yum.
But my nutritionist said no way. So I switched to coconut oil. But that makes my mouth feel funny. Then he suggested organic grass fed butter. Which tastes fine. But just seems wrong. And my booty seems jigglier since I started.
I don't use sugar right now. Though I do prefer sweet coffee. I've gotten used to it without sugar.

I seem to cycle through coffee preferences. Most often, I like my coffee with just truvia and the thought of any milkiness is unappealing.
However, for awhile now I've been really enjoying the coffeemate liquid almond milk vanilla creamer in my coffee with a packet of truvia. I'm trying to wean off the truvia and use real stevia so this time I bought stevia in the raw. It's eh.
I can drink it straight black if necessary, it's not gross but I just prefer a bit of sweet because I'm a sugar addict.

Butter in coffee? Never heard of that one. It's a keto diet thing, they call it Bulletproof coffee, no idea why.

I drink my morning latte with Silk vanilla soy (because it's closest to what Starbucks uses) and a spoonful of raw honey. When I drink tea, it's at work with a splash of half n half (I'd do 2%, but we only have half n half or gross powdered creamer) and one or two sugars depending on my mood.

I usually use a simple syrup and milk. I also usually only drink cold brew.

Water thus morning. I already had my cup of coffee at home.
I add sugar in the raw and 1% milk. I just like the way the sugar tastes versus regular processed sugar.

Stevia and half and half. Or sugar and half and half.

I've been drinking sweetened cold brew from a bottle (sweetened with sugar) and whatever whole milk I got for M. This morning it was organic Harris Teeter brand.

Splenda and a splash of peppermint mocha creamer.

I usually use half and half, but sometimes when I have too much dairy on an empty stomach, it mildly upsets my tummy. So I just bought some soy creamer. 25% less calories and I like it just as much.

Mostly black because I love the freedom of how few calories it is. It's like have diet soda without the gross.
But once or twice a week I add maple syrup because it's so delicious. I used to add milk or cream but then it started to give me a bellyache for unknown reasons.
