So, for those of you who don't know me, a quick recap - after 2 back to back losses 3 years ago, hubs and I decided to put TTC on the back burner and I got an IUD (Mirena to be exact). We are planning on TTC again this fall, but for now it's still in place. Because of the IUD, I don't get periods. I get a day of spotting every 6-8 weeks, but that's really about it. I've taken to testing every 6 weeks or so because I've heard of people who still got KU on Mirena (including my boss).
My last test was about 2 weeks ago and negative. Since then, I've started having some weird things happen, including a boost of energy, an obsession with cleaning, a tightness in the muscles of my groin, and a pinching sensation in my breasts. I did vomit on Saturday morning, however I also had some oral surgery on Friday and was put under general anesthesia. My last bout of spotting was 4 or 5 weeks ago.
So, with this information, if this was you, would you test now? Or would you wait the remaining 4 weeks to test again? If I am KU, I have to start on heparin shots ASAP.

Hello. I'm so sorry for your losses. If it was me, and I suspected I was pregnant, I'd just take a test to be sure.

I am sorry for your losses.
If I thought I might be pregnant, I would definitely test.

I'm sorry for your losses. Just for peace of mind I'd take a test.

I would test if I thought I might be pregnant. Maybe buy some wondfos on amazon so you have a cheaper option to test regularly if you need to.

Yeah, I'd order a million wandfos for 20 bucks and pee whenever I was curious.

Lol, okay, I bought a test. I don't really feel pregnant, but I'm at the point in my life where everyone around me responds to any symptoms I have with "maybe you're pregnant!" and I wonder sometimes if it gets in my head.

Okay. So the test was negative, like 95% sure. I've got baaaad line eyes lol. But I'm going to keep an eye on my symptoms and if they persist I'll test again sooner than 4 weeks. It has been historically very difficult for me to turn a test (like 2 weeks past my expected period before it turned). Thanks all!
