When are you busting out your sleeping fortress of pillows? Which do you use or like?

I just have a body pillow. I won't use anything until the very end of the pregnancy though. I don't like a lot of pillows.

I really don't get on with pregnancy pillows.
I just had a little V shape pillow that went in between my legs and then rested under the bump.
I actually had this thought last night as my hips are starting to hurt already. Might order one online as DS's one is long gone

I only use regular pillows but put one between my knees and then hug another one....and I've seriously been contemplating it already

I also use a body pillow. I always wanted a U shaped pillow, but last time we had a queen bed and our 100lbs dog sleeps with us, so it would never fit.
I ordered myself a new body pillow because the old one is looking pretty flat and sad. I'm already feeling some discomfort in my lower back and hips at night, so might cave sooner rather than later. I needed it by 20w last time.

I have a pregnancy pillow ... somewhere. I mostly ended up using the belly support part (thin, small pillow). We got a new mattress that has memory foam so I've been pretty comfortable so far without any extra pillows.

I've been sleeping with a pillow between my knees for weeks now. My hips started hurting early this time. I didn't need anything else last time, hoping that's the case again.

+ 3? To using a body pillow already. My hips and back are not having it. I've been using the body pillow since probably week 6. I want to get one of the big U pillows because I toss and turn but I don't know if I want to shell out the money. I'd love anecdotes for those that use them! Also I'm a belly sleeper and slept on my belly for a long time with DS but it's getting bigger faster and I don't know how long I'll be able to!

I just have a regular pillow that I will use. I have not needed it yet though thankfully.

I have a snoogle but it's kind of big and awkward at this stage. I'll probably use it more toward the end.

I use the snoogle to stop me from rolling on my back and waking myself up snoring. Also to jam between my knees because I have bad back and hip pain this time and that helps a bit.

I use a "stay cool" memory foam pillow for my sweaty ass head and then a king sized pillow as my body pillow. Works for me. Last time I would roll onto my back while sleeping and then my back would hurt so bad I literally couldn't stand up out of bed so I'll probably get one extra big pillow for my other side once I get bigger. I confess I thought this was going to be about Target's Pillow Fort line and thought, "doesn't she know it is pillow fort not forts?" Sorry for being judgey friend.

DS has this bedding set with the phases of the moon sheets and I adore it. www.target.com/p/astro-adventure-comforter-set-pillowfort-153/-/A-50649980It takes a lot of strength to not buy new bedding for every month of the year because they have so many delightful sets.

Oh AnnPerkins I LOVE that! We got a bunch of pillow cases/shams with cute little sayings on them (like "never grow up" and some other crap I can't remember right now) on clearance for $1.47 each and put them in his playroom. I can definitely imagine once DS moves to a big bed we'll have several bedding sets from the collection.

Last pregnancy I used a mini snoogle and loved it. I need to get it out of storage soon.

MH was going to make a teepee for DS so we got the materials but not much has been done yet. We probably should have just bought one. 🙁

I started using my little one a weeks ago. I use it between my knees/legs and the "hook" behind my back. I will probably break out the anoogle in a few weeks. I use it behind me, so I don't lay flat on my back, or I make it into a big donut shape and stick my belly in it so I can sleep on my stomach.

I had to start using an extra pillow last week. Glad to see it's not just me b/c I thought it was early. I need to pick up a body pillow so I can use that behind my back for now and the regular pillow between my knees. Or is a snoogle worth the money?

I'm a stomach sleeper and it's time to completely get off my stomach. I end up half way on and halfway off my stomach. As of now, I just have a "normal" pillow between my legs at night. Maybe I need to invest in a pregnancy pillow. I never did with dd.
