I need a place to bitch about:::all this::: but also that MH keeps leaving the bowl of grapes out of the refrigerator. Sir, grapes are very fucking expensive and leaning them on the counter overnight makes them go bad in half the time 😡

Dd turned 14 over the weekend and she said she had the best birthday. I’m glad because we didn’t do a party or anything but she loved it.
Presents
Tv time where she got to pick what we watched
Target trip for only her stuff
Seafood for dinner

Our AC is fucking up so we have someone coming to look at it today. FX it's an easy fix. It's a 16 year old bottom of the line unit though 😬🫠

AC is fixed! It was some valve issue. Not something MH would have been able to fix so I'm glad he called someone.

AC is fixed! It was some valve issue. Not something MH would have been able to fix so I'm glad he called someone. I just had to completely replace my furnace and AC a few months ago so I was really hoping you wouldn't have to do that too! |

We have a home warranty at least, but also I don't know how long it takes to get a new unit. I hope when it finally dies beyond repair it's not boiling hot outside. |

We have to start registering for summer camp in 4 weeks. The school district hasn't even released the 2025-2026 calendar, which means I don't even know which day they go back to school. WTF.

sewf I hope your eye is feeling better. The kitten smacked with his paw as soon as I opened my eyes a few days ago and it hurt so dang bad. I assume he had cat litter on his paw and my brain is now decaying. Perhaps that's a bit dramatic.

I was getting worried because the doctor and the internet said 1-3 days, and yesterday was day 3 and it still hurt, but since getting to work today it is feeling much better. I’m hoping that by tomorrow it will be back to 100%. |

MH is in the ER with a suspected kidney stone. He's never had one but his dad has had them. He went to the doctor earlier today and they ordered a CT scan but he couldn't get an appointment today. He's in a lot of pain so I said go in since they can do those tests there. I'm worried about him. Hopefully he gets seen quickly and they can help him.
