So this sucks. I thought I'd be celebrating with champagne on Saturday. My alternate plan was drinking whatever in despair until I passed out asleep. I'm going to do neither and eat ice cream. That feels like the healthiest choice right now.

I had plenty of alcohol for four nights in a row on our long weekend anyway.

I pounded an NA beer and then had an ice cream bar. Seems reasonable.

I'm on day 6 of no alcohol. I realized it has gotten a little out of hand and I need to cut back. For my health and for my weight. It also has been hindering my sleep.
Now, I have opted for going the Illinois (California) sober route for a bit because my anxiety is a bit out of control right now. But I'm feeling good and have lost about 6 pounds (of I assume retained water).
I will drink Monday for my birthday (wine tasting). Otherwise, I feel I can maintain this
