My rosemary, parsley and dill are going crazy in the garden. Any delicious recipes using these herbs?

rosemary- - pasta with chickpeas-homemade sausage- mix ground pork or ground turkey with chopped red onion or scallion, lots of rosemary, some thyme, and salt and pepper. form into patties. you can freeze them raw on plastic wrap and then cook them with breakfast as needed. -rosemary survives quite a long time in the ground-- well into the fall. so you can still pick it fresh. alternatively, you can harvest it all in the fall, and hang it in a cool place to dry out. then crumble and store in a jar. dill- - quick dill pickles- or use the same recipe with green beans to make dilly beans. -dill is delicious in chicken salad, or sometimes i make salmon salad with canned salmon and add dill. -it's also nice added to chicken soup, although it's not really chicken soup weather parsley- parsley pesto (can be frozen in an ice cube tray) -parsley garlic butter- mix a stick of room temperature butter with lots of chopped parsley, a couple of cloves of chopped garlic, and salt/pepper. slap mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap and form into a log. freeze and use as needed. delicious for adding to sauces or cooking scrambled eggs. - chimichurri sauce-- great on steak, chicken, tuna -if you're into tabbouleh, it uses up a tremendous amount of parsley (it's not really my fave)
