My daughter has special needs, and it is becoming apparent that we may need a tracker bracelet for her. They use one at school and she is really open to it. They do field trips in the community and say it has made that less nerve wrecking.
Does anyone have recommendations for a good brand? Should we just get an Apple tile and bracelet? Something that could have our contact info on it would be helpful also.

Do you want a tracker that is visible? Because I’ve seen AirTag shoe inserts, too. You could do something like a dog tag (the military style, not the pet) with your info and the AirTag in the shoe, maybe?

This is what I used for my kids when we went to Europe in spring. Just air tags with Amazon bands.

I find Apple tags to be somewhat touch and go, to be honest. If there aren’t phones on around her, they don’t work. So, for example, in an airport, it’s great. In a neighborhood where the houses aren’t super close together, not as good.
Is getting her an Apple Watch an option?

What about something like this? www.angelsense.com/Oh wait that’s super expensive. You can do an Apple Watch cell plan for like $10/month.

I don’t really want her to have the Apple watch because it would distract her at school and she would try to play with it. Luckily we live in a city so high density enough that the tag should work.
